Three Quick Back to School Hairstyles | Q's Hairdos

I love having styles like these in my back pocket... you know, so I can easily think of them on mornings I need to get out the door. They are also great be able to add to messy buns or pigtails!
These styles took about 5-10 minutes each. Be sure to give yourself more time if you want to add a top knot or braids etc.

Style 1
Start with a deep side part
Use detangler (linked in description) and water to dampen hair.
Add a mousse in the crown section (I will link the one we are using below in the description)
Take a 1-1 1/2 inch section parallel to the part line, clip out of the way.
Now take the hair about two inches above the ear in the crown section and secure in an elastic.
Splitting the first section into three secure each with an elastic.
Take each ponytail and add a micro braid, clipping them to the main pony as you finish each one.
Secure all three braids to the main ponytail.
Here is where you can braid the remaining ponytail, add a messy bun, or a ponytail with the remaining hair, the options are endless!
Style 2
Start with a side part and damp hair
Take a diagonal section about 1-2 inches wide.
Secure with an elastic
Take another diagonal section and split in half lengthwise.
Add an elastic to each section.
Take the remaining hair in the crown section and secure in an elastic
Add a rope twist to the front three ponytails by splitting in half
Twist the two sections to the right and cross to the left continue until you reach the desired length.
Secure all three rope twists to the back ponytail.
Now add a bow or finish off with a side top knot!
Style 3
Start with a side part and damp hair
Section off the crown section about an 1 1/2 above the ear
Take a perpendicular parting about 1-1 1/2 inches from the part line towards the ear.
Secure with an elastic on the right side of the head.
Take another parting parallel to the first and this time secure with an elastic in the middle of the section.
Take the remaining section in the crown and secure with an elastic on the left side of the head.
Take the Topsy Tail tool which I will link in the description.
Putting the pointed end down under the top of the elastic and put the ponytail through the loop, then pull the tool downwards.
Repeat with the other two ponytails.
Take a one inch section above the ear and secure with an elastic.
Add a rope twist to each ponytail by splitting the pony in half, then twisting to the right and crossing to the left
Secure the rope twists to the ponytail underneath
Finish the style by adding a bow or a side messy bun!
