Che marca sono profender o terrafirma?? Cmq vorrei montarli nella mia il dubbio che veniva era il funzionamento e se bisogna tribolare per regolarli o se monti e vai, praticamente nel veloce dovrebbero irrigidirsi prima e nel lento come in twist restano morbidi e si chiudono senza attrito giusto? correggimi se sbaglio grazie..

Sono Profender ( ma i Terrafirma sono identici). Si montano e basta, ma la rigidità è sempre uguale, in twist o compressione parallela non cambia nulla.

@@specialdromgarage2626 ah ok ho capito grazie mille, sono da 2.0 o 2.5? praticamente per stabilire la distanza dal bump al piattello basta misurare la corsa dell'ammortizzatore, non succede nulla se i bump arrivano a fine corsa vero?

@@ktrentacinque705 sono da 2 pollici di diametro. Per stabilire la distanza dal piattello, non basta misurare la corsa dell'ammortizzatore. Il metodo migliore è togliere le molle e abbassare il telaio. Potrebbe essere necessario fermare la compressione perchè, per esempio, le gomme toccano al passaruota (anche prima che finiscano gli ammortizzatori). Inoltre bisogna anche accertarsi che la molla non si chiuda totalmente prima dell'intervento del bump stop ( si misura il diametro della spira e si moltiplica per il numero delle spire, ottenendo la misura della molla tutta chiusa

@@specialdromgarage2626 sostanzialmente lavora solo quando si chiude tutto, prima fa solo d'accompagno per non subire l'urto, ovviamente io lo monto in base all'estensione che ho prima che tocchi sul parafango

Hey there can you please help me out I replacing struts for my highlander 2012 everything stock but mechanic used not oem bump stops and they only have 1 inch and half clearance the old ones had about 4 and half inches and now I'm wondering if this is the cause of some sort of suction noise over bumps? Thank you

Yes, it's a 4 link suspension system

@@specialdromgarage2626- thanks for your reply. Have done some research since. Watching the video now, it looks like one link to me (on top of the diff), presumably it's an A-frame (with panhard)? Difficult to see in the video. Or am I completely mistaken? Guessing the pipe going into the diff is an air locker?
