OK couple of things first of all turn signals for those Cadillac up until around 1970 are on the front fender. So, if you check the tires and they are full, here something that goes for a lot of cars and trucks up until about the 90s, roads crown to the right. So alignment centers would align a car, so it would pull slightly to the left. This way when the car tried to drift to the right, it would stay straight on the road. Today I still have to ask alignment centers not to do this.
