Clean Z28 And a 4 speed!! Sounds a tad noisy, solid lifters do, no big deal to check them every 2500-3000 miles, or when you hear them. Definitely a eye catcher, great interior, some simple little things to fix or change. Will make a great ride! 👍

I had one of this in the Rally sport and it didn't do much for me, is a nice car but the inside didn't look old school enough, my chevelle looked inside looked older inside, and of course the inside of my 68 looks super old school, Im keeping that one for sure. Nice videos im addicted LOL

If you have poly locks on your rocker arms, regardless of the type of rocker, they will stay in adjustment. It can't change. The adjustment nut is wedged in place. I've run them on stock stamped rockers, Comp Cams roller tip rockers and full roller rockers. Run for thousands and thousands of miles. They just stay locked down right where they should be. If they backed off, then hydraulic would too, since stock they use the same lock down nut on a Chevy big or small block. I always seemed to be starting off with used lock down nuts. So I just put on poly locks to be extra sure. But I sold original style aftermarket and O.E. rocker arm nuts which were the same part number for hydraulic or solid cam engines. GM V8s that is.

Well it looks nice but there are are number of things wrong with it that make me doubt its legitimacy Z/28 heritage. The split bumper was an SS option, the SS stripes are way too wide, lots of stuff not functional inside that takes time and $$$ to make work. But it does look nice!! I have a 73 Type LT that’s almost identical in color scheme. I really like the rally wheels, perfect nostalgia look.

Not a bad car, seems a bit over priced for the work it needs and rust issues, but will make a nice car, I do have reservations of this being a true Z/28 Rally Sport as I see no Rally Sport or Z/28 options other that fender badges for a Z/28 even has a 10 bolt rear end?

you might get that price if it were a very rare and mint condition 69 Z/28 original DZ car numbers matching and that's only because its a 1 year body style, nothing fits it from any year before or after unlike your 71 although its a good body style just not as rare to find or hard to find parts to build one. I've owned many Camaros
