My temperature gauge on my 86 is the same way. It pegs out and hangs as soon as you start the car up. I finally took the cover plate out and just touch it after I start it and it goes back to where it should and works fine. Previous owner said he replaced the gauge and it still did the same thing when he started it up.

Im still trying to figure out what the kick down is hooked up, you mean it has a decent gear ratio atleast 3.23. Nice ride just need AC.

What that means is when your driving an automatic at highway speed or maybe a little slower and you get into the the throttle quickly or floor it the transmission should downshift to the next lowest gear. I think it's technically called the passing gear. I've heard it called both . Hope that helps.

Have an 88 t top 350 with 43k...a lot has been changed on this car & doesnt sound right. Mine is stock other than stainless exhaust

Shouldn't the top have a power roof and some of the gauges don't work 2×4 holding the hood oh no no horn for $9000 now you have to put at least $2500 or so looks nice but ill pass

Not the convertibles, due to they felt the frame wasn’t reinforced enough, I had same exact colors except mine was a 90 last year of the I.R.O.C. and it was so much fun to drive
