Would love a dedicated parking lot concept where you can exit your vehicle and walk around and hop in other cars as a passenger. As for real estate, a streets neighbourhood and a sharps neighbourhood with exclusive entry via gate. A walkable parking lot just outside of each neighbourhood that allows for a more natural ride out with your clan.

Ibiza coming and so soon was definitely a shock, wow!!! However... I'm a bit skeptical abiut the overall direction of the game and especially when they mention real estate. They blame TDU2's system for being a solo experience and that they want it to be a place for meeting people just like the whole game's content is, but what they don't realize is that... players also want SOLO content. Yes, I would like it to be just like TDU2 because it was just perfect. Not everything has to be about online, and especially not your house which is supposed to be your private property. I have some doubts about where they'll be going after the first year, especially given the Season 3 Clan vs Clan stuff that doesn't look very hyping already. Gaming companies have to understand that online is great, but not everything has to be about it, offline content should still be a considerable part of games' production

NACON and KT Racing strike back!!!!! I cannot believe Ibiza will return!!!!! This just gave me a VERY BIG suggestion. TDU 1 had Oahu. TDU 2 had Oahu and Ibiza. I'm thinking TDU Solar Crown should have ALL the 3 at a point in its life: Hong Kong island (Asian island), Ibiza (European island) and Oahu (American/Hawaiian island). That will be epic!!!!

For me, the DNA IS having houses all over the map to store cars in and customize, and to enjoy the locations. Take this into consideration, the things you are going to add are great and all, but my money will remain firmly in my wallet until something close to the old housing is added. I'm glad to see this post launch update. I'm still on the fence due to no Offline patch yet and the hesitation on buying real estate. I do understand it can be complicated since the game is always online but here's my proposal. Add an offline patch that allows you to purchase as much real estate as you want like previous TDU games. When you decide to go online and join a server you have to select one house that you own as your universal homestead. If other players share that same house, give the option like GTA where you can either enter theirs with permission or enter your own house.

The Demo version ran really bad from what I gathered, but that's also a new high-end PC. Then again, I've seen videos where even a fucking 4090 couldn't maintain 60fps on UHD (native), so I guess you needed to make use of DLSS?

lots of positives, lots of negatives. always online and exclusive cars, just race and youll progress through but you can miss out on seasons or whatnot make this game a forza-like experiance, but i like the ibiza return even if it looks like it's just a city and not the whole island. i like that houses are planned but im not too invested in the clans or their wars, they dont resonate with me, and i figure with most people too. good luck i am awaiting to play this game but to me it's not an upgrade over the older titles, becuase so far the only thing technically better are graphics. and physics in some cases.

Wow, this level of transparency is awesome, especially when it comes to houses and player feedback. Thank you for addressing these issues, it's rare in the games industry these days. And thank you for sharing all these exciting plans, and for bringing this game series back to life. I wish houses would be there during year 1 but I'm sure it will be worth the wait based on what you said about revamping it. However I think it would be nice to get like new options for apartment interiors in the solar hotel during the first year without hindering the work on houses. One more thing is an offline mode, please make us a promise about adding it, because no one wants to buy a game that they cannot play due to servers shutting down.
