A couple of tips that will make opening your Firebox much easier. When placing your Ash pan onto your folded Firebox stove be sure it is lined up with the hinge area. If mounted too low, removing the fire sticks is difficult. A centered ashpan makes removing the fire sticks easy. After removing the fire sticks open the stove like a book and the ash pan will mechanically disconnect into your hand. No need to pry it off with your fingertips there's a mechanism for that. Nice to live near the woods! So much vegetation, it's beautiful! I live in the desert, so I notice the different environment others enjoy in their videos. Cute boys you have, they are lucky to have a father like you... cooking and "playing" in the woods!!

It really helps to watch Steve’s instructional videos first. You can easily remove that grill for the marshmallows for example. Or just fold open the firebox to remove the ash pan. Thanks for sharing
