They're lighter and smaller intakes I believe

Smaller restrictor so they lost about 25 - 30 hp from the ICE engine, and on the I20 the brake ducts got removed. The rear brakes now get their air from the old hybrid cooling intake. Apart from that the car is similar to 2024 for Monte Carlo.

Yes this year they will run with the Hankook tires, hoping that hankook will provide better for the driver, and the team i believe should put a ballast because the hybrid system was removed

Because its been downgraded, not upgraded. It lost some hp and the hybrid boost is also missing.

Traction and downforce are on F1 levels.... But the "sound" these rally cars make is horrendous..... it sounds like a damaged Dyson on the overrun....
