Bought a brand new 2022, took it two up with my 13 year old son on the back, from the north of England through Europe as far south east as Bulgaria, then back up through Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia and back across Europe to England, never missed a beat, through thunderstorms, in the dark, took it all in it's stride, totally stock bike except i have mounted the Givi sissy seat and rack system £220, which is a must have, and had a set of Oxford universal soft panniers, 4300 miles round trip, our bums were numb for sure, but a pit stop every 100 miles sorted that out, we were doing 300-500 mile days with ease, cannot recommend this bike enough, and it is the smallest, cheapest bike i own.

Do you have some problems in low rpms like previous versions? I ask coz booster plug istn't awailable for new versions
@EKOTALE3 жыл бұрын
@@krapinica I don’t feel there is a problem in low revolutions, but the majority of the power live in the 4-6k rpms for this engine naturally it is extremely powerful that even at 7k on5th gear I have no problem shooting up to 90mph Edit: I actually took it on a 200 mile trip just yesterday, almost all highway driving worked really well the only thing I notice from this bike is the aggressive engine break when you let go of the throttle

@@EKOTALE i was wondering how is going under 45mph in town, here where i am i can't drive more than 40mph

@@krapinica The throttle is very jerky without the help of a booster plug and sometime even the booster plug didn't help. You just need to practice more at low speed and soon you will get used to its jerky throttle response. Other than this fatal flaw, the Vulcan S is a very nice bike.

2016 Vulcan S cafe' was upgraded with a Corbin resulted in much improved ride quality and extended ride times. Grips fitting my big hands eliminated hand cramps.

Other than the fatal flaw of a very jerky throttle response with excessive engine braking, the Vulcan S is a very nice bike.

@@pjeng1 It's true! But the "Booster Plug" can help you with that. See more here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/jGfHhIWhfc6jgJo

@@born2moto Thanks, but the booster plug didn't work for my 2019 Vulcan S. Not so sure why, but I guess that I hit the jackpot since it works for most other users.
