That is a very nice tutorial.Please why do I need to place an isolator between the Signal generator and the power combiner in an real set up?

Isolator is to protect signal generator from reflected wave from power combiner due to mismatch.

@@avijitpradhan8156 Indeed. Some calibration procedures also suggest to insert attenuators at each combiner's inputs so the reflected waves lower. This comes at a cost because you need a tradeoff between improving this parameter and the amount of power level the generators will have to supply.

Why we don't care about noise analysis in the power amplifier, even though its noise contribution is less in the system (being the last stage)?

Noise Figure is sensitivity measurement dependent. LNA cares about the NF to get improved Signal strength from a noise environment ex: Receiver.
