Thank you so much for the great video. I have one question. In a colaboration, do you sign in advance any type of release or contract that give you permission to use photos for other porpouses that for a portifolio? Imagine that you like one or more of the photos to use for an exhibition or a publication. As the photoghrapher, can you do that in a colaboration where you didn´t have a written agreement? Thank you so much.

It's probably smart to have an agreement in writing before you start. Especially with talent .. a reasonable model release should satisfy everyone.

That's awesome! As for your question: Mark and I are pretty specialized. Not to say that we don't shoot things outside of our normal wheelhouses now and again but we each market ourselves as photographers with pretty specific styles. But thats largely a factor of where we are both geographically and in our careers. Before relocated to NYC I (Alex) was happy to shoot just about anything that would pay. But now that I'm in this big saturated market its best to really specialize or at least to market myself as someone with a real specific style.

@@ComplicatedThings I get that! Thanks for the response. My market area is pretty much weddings or kids. I’m not really into either. Although my main gig is working for a corporation doing photo/video. It gets stale sometimes but definitely pays the bills.
