I heard the word “Yawn” and I yawned. I also cry when other people cry (I have no idea why though.) and feel excited when the majority of people in the room express excitement. So I guess I’m an empath? Only problem here is I can’t express my own emotions properly so most of the time I look like I don’t care.

You can train it, evan to express your self easier. Sadly dear is not a lot of material floating around specifically garnered to people with a lot of empathy. But it will help you a good bit to navigate the world and your emotions better.

same, i tend to cry when i’m trying to help other people overcome mental health conditions such as depression, or just any other negative thing that has been affecting their life such as the passing of a family member. hearing their story just breaks my heart. plus it kinda makes it less awkward crying together rather than someone just crying alone except i dont get excited when other people are excited, definitely not an extrovert so places with large amounts of people tire me out lol. prefer being in a one-on-one setting or a small group setting

That's not how it works. If you felt the urge to yawn, you still have a normal amount of empathy. People with low empathy doesn't feel the need to yawn at all.
