Wow Great vid! I want to say at least half these are part of my morning ritual. The first 'side lunge' that you're performing, I know it has the 'Cossack Squat'. Very challenging for those with tight hip flexors and/or issues with their knees /ankle mobility. In the strength training world, one can add load by holding onto a DB, KB or for the daring, a loaded barbell. This was a move I did often years back, then left on back burner. But as I immersed myself more into Muay Thai, I quickly realized how awful my round house / switch kicks have been. I had to reintroduce the Cossack squat into my training regime. I'm doing much better than last year , but still have room for improvement ✔️ As for the laying down hamstring stretch at the end , one can use a resistance band for better control if you can't bring leg further back . Even opening wider. Very effective . Thanks again for the tips , Gabe! You're the best around 👊⚡

Such an amazing test for these 3 key things which you got to have dialed in if you are doing any form of martial arts Gabriel, I passed the entirety of this test, because I do these three test daily in my every day training sessions, overall such an amazing video Gabriel non the less keep up the great work as always!

I wish I was rich enough to buy that early bird pricing but I’m poor asf Gabriel lol. I have no doubt that what you’re selling there is so worth it and the fact that it’s better than what you upload on KZbin and I’m missing out on it makes me sad bc I only want to get better. ok i love ya gabe but this is for beginners right? this is kids class day one stuff… if someone cant do these things they have absolutely no business on a mat, for their own safety. these are also not even all of the most important exercises to be able to do. warrior pose for 2 minutes at least. cobra pose. leg lift extended holds, one legged trunk twists, scorpion and lotus, one legged downward dog trunk twists, not to mention full toe touches face to floor. if you cant do those, you must not start MA you will hurt something of yours very easily.
