Great episode. Real life. Not pink-cloud BL fluff, but also not heartless-gay-men-using-each-other. The complications of siblings coming to stay (for unknown periods of time), not having a satisfying job, not knowing where to go or hang out, having to be "discrete", trying to figure out if another guy enjoys the things you enjoy and how important it is ... these are the everyday issues of gay men's lives. In fact. it's not a hellish maelstrom of callous sex-crazed demons. However, that vale of tears is usually what is presented as gay men's "reality" to add "drama", and it's where series 1 took us (ep 4!), so I hope we don't end up there again.

Agreed, it seems to be one of the better written and better acted out series I've seen as well, and one of the closest true to life ones I've seen so far. I know that it is 5 years old, but I am just catching up with this series. It is so brilliantly produced. The script writing is outstanding. I am so pleased to see a BL film that isn't overwhelmed with the stereo typically effeminate gay men fulfilling the cliched view that many straight people have about gays. In reality gay men just happen to be in the 7-10% of the population where the mating attraction genes have gone wrong, but it doesn't mean that they want to be women. LGBT people have not lost the desire for human relationships and the desire to be loved, it just happens to be people of the same sex. Unfortunately, for many, the scourge of society brings them to the conclusion that they are unworthy of these things, I am looking forward to catching up with more episodes. Well done to everybody involved in the making of this series,

I'm picking up on an interesting dynamic that is Pom and Arm's 'friendship.' Arm likes and steals the guys Pom has a crush on and once they dump him, Pom makes his move. Nat dropped a few notches on my 'fav' meter after he kissed Arm. I realize when he and Pom reunited after all those years the whole time he was talking to Pom he kept looking at Arm but still, any friend that can do what Arm did is no friend, and you/Nat still go out with him even after that, just imagine what he'll do to you. And Pom's self-esteem issues are something else. How can you allow a person as toxic and dangerous as Arm back into your space after what he did? I can see it now, Arm will probably try to make another play for Neung--who could be George Takei's younger brother btw--JUST because he's with Pom now, and he wants everything Pom has. Lastly, that gay couple at the bar with Satang, Pom and the other girl, who Arm tried to have a 3some with, had me screaming at the screen. How stupid can you be? Never satisfied with what you have, so you're looking for more. I just hope they were able to make amends. As for the one who suggested they allow Arm into their 'bed', I would've punched him. When he was sucking Arm's tonsils out of his face everything was fine, but once Arm started kissing his partner, now you have a problem? Really?!

No saggy pants, or overtly sexual clothing. The intimate scenes were about love, making love and enjoying each other. The production was flawless. The music was amazing.
