I just HAVE to share this brooo - I swear (& I don’t throw that word around often in vein) but yooo I promise you, 5-10 seconds BEFORE you mentioned the being afraid of the dark part, I’m watching this and my brother’s like “don’t you have work tonight?” *shuts light off* I yelled “turn it back on!!” He goes “🙄 you’re a grown ass woman grow up.” And SECONDS AFTER IN THE VID you mentioned “I’m afraid of the dark I know I shouldn’t I’m a grown ass man etc” the goosebumps I had yooo it was TOO coincidental!!! I was raised a JW. Never wanted to be a JW. My mother and one of my sisters is a baptized JW. As with any religion the indoctrination is astounding. I am now almost 54. All religion comes from a place of fear. Do this or you will go to hell. Do this or you won’t live in the paradise on earth. I was taught anything and everything that really couldn’t be explained was “demonic”. Anything spiritual in nature was “demonic”. Thank you for having James on your channel to explain his experience. I can relate about the fear thing. If you don’t do this or do that or believe this or believe that you won’t go to heaven. I was abused and molested from 4 years old on up, most of my life - I didn’t feel loved nor protected. How can I love when I wasn’t shown love the proper way? I’m trying but we shouldn’t have to “try” it should just be who we are but I didn’t have very good examples growing up being abused mentally, emotionally and physically. I cry and pray that God will just pour His love in me so I can feel what unconditional love is.

I have experienced sleep paralysis many times throughout the years and never knew that it was a OBE! The experience can be terrifying.. Epic and fire, as usual Darius! Wholeness!

Sleep paralysis isn’t an OBE it’s the gateway to an obe because of the DMT in your pineal gland increasing. Once you get to sleep paralysis all you need to do is relax anything that’s happening just relax and you will probably pop out once you relax. Also yes an increase in DMT will make you come out of your body, it’s naturally produced by the pineal gland basically same thing as dreaming just you are aware of it and out of your body in the actual world the real world not this earthly realm world

I had an experience when in meditation. There was 2beings at my feet. I didn’t see them but I knew they were there. I started shaking and asking who are you? Over and over and I felt them touch my shoulders one on each side of me, and they said we are here to help you. Then I felt them touch my temple, it felt ice cold and it felt like it was inserted inside my temple. Immediately I felt a total peace and love enveloped my whole being . Total calmness. Hey James happy to hear your story, yep ex JW as well, my life is exponentially more Vibrant since I left the cult as well. My hole entire family are still in it. I always felt like a stranger in my own family, I was labeled as the crazy one just because I question everything I was always wanting to know why so this trait caused me to be excommunicated I have never looked back or had any regrets and leaving the cult. Thank you James for sharing. And hearing about your strict religious background got me thinking about my dad. He was an atheist (not a traditional practicing one) but so that he could be god … a total control freak with lots of mental issues. So am realizing that my fears are not from growing up within a strict god-fearing religious environment … but that my dad essentially created the same traumatic environment. At the moment am working on my soul retrieval which I feel is critical before attempting out of body experiences. Thank you Darius for sharing another success story.

Likewise, my mother was quite controlling, but she can't instill fear in me anymore. I'm glad to see you're on your journey. If I could offer one piece of advice, it would be this: You are an infinite soul, and you've never lost that essence. Your experiences might have made you feel otherwise, but as you practice these techniques, you'll realize your true nature as a powerful being. I can't afford to get the AYDA teaching right now but I have been trying to have an obe on my own. I was brought up Christian and have always considered myself a prayer warrior. I have had amazing things happen during prayers. Also during prayer I saw light within my imagination as holy light. For many years I stopped praying because I had soooo many questions about the Bible and every time I went to church I would get mad because they only wanted to talk about sin and I wanted to know more about Jesus. I listened to Billy Carson and so much made sense.i also listened to ndes. I'm trying to stop being a warrior and look at things with no fear. But fear has visited me again in my imagination. Im trying to bring everything together. Darius said something about light workers and that makes me fearful that I might be a light worker. Also in the Bible they had obes I believe in God but I feel the church has so much wrong. I'm trying to break down walls

Have only been able to get there partially from within a dream where I could feel my feet move off the ground and start swirling upward - I told myself to "just go with it" but the experience ended. Delightful guest today and what profound experiences. Darius's account of the construct, as bizarre and fantastico-makes sense. Like to say I went through the unitary being experience in professional 5MeODMT ceremony which was, as far as I can describe, an exultation trip to the God Head. Only brilliant awareness; No love, no emotion, no nothing, Einstein (maybe no as fine a guy as we have been led to believe) described a place as the unified field aka the I AM-a lifetime endeavor realized......; however, what about all those dimensions in-between? Before Darius I believed this is a dream of "god" here which dovetails into the idea of construct. Very interested in joining for workshops and online community events. Not had an out of body other than the toad medicine trip, and that was pretty darn good. I deal with a lot of indoctrinated fear and may have roadblocks with that; also born with aphantasia, cannot visualize with minds eye. Great account, still listening.

Hello! I appreciate you sharing your perspective. Being on the autism spectrum does present its unique challenges, especially with visualization. However, focusing on the things and moments that bring joy can be a helpful starting point. For you, it's the intimate moments with a girlfriend or a loved one. Envisioning such moments during an out-of-body experience can be comforting. I've heard of DMT assisting some individuals too. The journey requires effort, but by setting incremental weekly goals, you'll begin to notice changes, like having more vivid dreams. Keep pushing forward!

Darius so glad you put out another video. Not sure if you look at these or will read this. But I have a question for you. In a podcast here on KZbin that you did with a woman, Lisa I believe her name is. You and her spoke about this construct being flipped upside down and she said that she thought at one point we were stuck here. What exactly did she mean by that? She didn't go into much detail, she also said something that bothered me. She said that some people deserved to go back, why is that the case? Are there some people still stuck here? If so what is that like for them? Why can't they leave? I truly hope you see this and can provide some clarity on this. Thank you so much either way. You have helped me more with the honestly rather limited info you have put on KZbin, more than pretty much everyone else. You cleared so many things up for me and I want to thank you for that. I saw that podcast too, and I noticed that Darius did not seem to agree with everything the lady said. He didn’t argue, but just didn’t seem to align with it. There’s another content provider on here named Elizabeth April who recently posted something titled ‘The Earth Prophecy’ (or something like that), that I thought made more sense than what that lady (Lisa) said, but that really explained things in a really interesting way. What Darius offers, unlike all the others, is a way to start seeing these things and checking things out for ourselves, as opposed to having to ask other people/content creators what is real or true. I am 💯 going to take Darius program as soon as my finances allow for it!! … but I would be an itty bitty bit wary of aligning with other people’s versions of the truth (like Lisa’s) until I get a better chance to get on over there and start checking things out for myself. ;)

Hey Dylan, Totally get where you're coming from. Took me forever to save up, but seriously, it's 100% worth It. Haven't checked out this interview yet, but man, there's so much noise out there. I followed one of the biggest dudes in numerology on twitter and I was under so much fear about certain numbers and dates. What I realized in doing this is that... Some days. But real talk, if something has a fear-based tone to it or gives you bad vibes, it's probably BS. Once you dive into the practice, you'll be too busy finding out the real shit on your own. I can relate to him so much ! I was a Christian, used to study with JW’s, being in religion had put fear in me and I just wanted to run away from it. I started searching. Crying out that I want the TRUTH and why couldn’t I stop these thoughts in my head, and why do I feel like although I’m here, why I don’t I feel it’s reality, then I started watching NDE’s too and just so fascinated with them and I thought there’s something here - too many consistencies and how it changed their lives to LOVE. It all pointed to love. I can relate to James so much!! Plus I started feeling like something was in my room at night. It freaked me out. I started thinking this house we just moved into was haunted. So I started reading bible scriptures in there and it got better. I started to read Lorna Byrnes book Love from Heaven about angels and the more I read the more I started to talk to them and then strange things started happening the more I acknowledged them. I could ask a question then it would appear on one of Darius’s videos or somewhere else. Oh and the #13 keeps coming to me. Popping up all the time. Then one of Darius interviews he talked about the 13 cycles. I’m just like what is going on! I also was speaking to my angels that I do have fear and if they could take it from me and don’t just pop up on me at night, daytime would be better lol 😂 but seriously because it would freak me out. Nothing has happened but I know I have too much fear but I know something extraordinary is going to happen I just feel it. You have to bring him back on. He’s comical! This is super motivating and inspiring to see another person wuth a success story. I've been trying this method with no success. I don't get, nor have i ever had sleep paralysis so it's a struggle for me. I've been on an esoteric journey though since the covid pandemic started in 2020... like something shifted in me and i started doing a lot of meditation and had one instance where i felt like i wasn't fully in my body. I might have been in a moment where i could have escaped my body because i had brought it to a point of such stillness... it made me feel like i wasn't fully in my body and could have been a gateway moment but i never moved... at that time ut was a couple years before findng Darius and finding out leaving the body was possible. Gonna keep trying though.... so nice to see there success stories. NOTE: I found it highly symbolic when James said at 26:26 that getting sucked back into his body felt like being crucifued. Darius.... get Nathan back on with his brother... i would love to hear of their OBE when they are together. ;)

Ross keep at it. FR FR this is an aggressive method but the more you practice the more likely you're going to pop out when you about to wake up from sleep. So you might fall asleep but you'll feel it in the next sleep cycle.

I've only had it happen to me one time. And I was lyin on my back on a friend's couch, doin what I thought was sleeping, not tryin to come out because I had never heard of OBE's at that time. Next thing I knew I saw my dead Grandmother standing at the foot of the couch & all the sudden my body was lifting up in front of her , but rising up above her towards the ceiling. And I remember thinkin, I can't hug her if I'm above her. And then my body started floating back down to her level & I hugged her. But she didn't hug me back & she looked more like a wax figure, instead of realistic. Anyways, she turned her head & looked to her left, (which was my right) & I turned to see what she was lookin at. That's when I saw my body layin on the couch as if I were asleep & it scared the living daylights outta me & right at that moment I was sucked back into my body in the mid section. Like between my stomach & chest. And the only way I can describe it is it felt like I was being hit with those paddle things to restart your heart, like you see on tv. I couldn't move right after that for awhile. It spent forever with me searching the library 's to find out what it was called. Cause back then ppl didn't talk about it. Can anyone help give me advice how to do this again?? Willingly this time??

I never forgot the feeling but I think that I got scared and now I realise that because of the fear I could not do it again. just two days ago I'm listening to binural beats then I wakeup in my sleep and I was in this space it is black but felt like it was outer space like and I felt scared and I said to myself I can't do this wake up them boom I open my eyes like nothin happen. I know what you mean I actually had out of body experience before coming across this video about a month ago , not knowing what's ObE, I pop out and saw something a being running at me and I turn around and tried to cover my 8month baby's with a blanket but it was weird n I woke up in a panic , I was legit looking around my room for whatever was running at me 😮

Thank you. This helped me. I had 2 successful OBEs over 10 years ago but nothing since. Since watching Darius, my sleep paralysis is back and I've tried to leave a few times but am either overwhelmed by excitement or fear and it stops. Last night, I was about to leave and I felt myself sit forward, my body temperature went through the roof and I panicked! Listening to this helped me realise, it's just a part of it so thank you.

I was out of my Body last night by listening to this video's, but I was not complete out because I felt like I'm coming out and I pushed my self out but I felt this heavyness like u feel you dying I freaked out and open my eyes... The other day I fell asleep with my lamp on got sleep paralysis and my chest was shaking / vibrating. I look and the room is dark I struggle to pull my hands up to see them and when I look they were see through with an outline. I move them towards each other and they went through one another. After that I woke up questioning if I had a dream but I think I was seeing my astral hands. After this experience I've noticed clear orb looking "shadows" in my peripheral vision that remind me of my astral hands. I've been seeing this for a few years but now I realize that maybe these are spirits

Man… Listening to James tell his spiritual path felt like a mirror with the exception of being Jehovah witness… my fear of the dark comes from experiencing sleep paralysis so much since being a young child and knowing things where there. The success stories seem to all have 1 thing in common, which are these people all have conscious sleep paralysis prior to his method. From what i can remember i havent encountered sleep paralysis. Ive been trying to have a conscious OBE for months and months with no success. Just wanted to know if his method would work for someone like me

James is correct. I came out of Christianity and it is totally fear based and teaches everything is demonic. It’s work to come out of that programming, but so worth it. I’m so grateful to be free from that. Thank you for your program!

We, my twin and I, have both suffer with sleep paralysis for many years now but only a few times a year. We have always thought this was a terrible sort of REALLY BAD nightmare, but now that we have found Darius we understand what it is and how remarkable it can be if you can achieve what Darius does. Hearing James talk was fascinating as he talks of his fear of the dark and how he has gotten over it. Me and my sister's greatest fear is not of dying but of one of us dying and leaving the other so I think we need to get over the fear that you could die from doing this. We would love to know how James gets on with his journey, so is there any where we can find him?

Thank you for opening up! I hope my journey offers a bit of motivation as you deepen your practice. Overcoming such fears isn't straightforward, but setting small goals can help. Start with something as simple as repeating the affirmation, "I'm having a conscious out-of-body experience," every night before sleep for a week. Then, integrate the Darius Method. Focus on one step at a time and practice it consistently. Persistence is key. Continually pushing forward will help diminish those fears. I share updates with Darius and we could do another one! J-dubs are some of the nicest people i knew back in alaska. However, they were only allowed to proselytize me, and couldn't hang out. Our town was really small, so it was very very weird. We'd know them well, see them every day. Work with them. Had them over. But they could never like just have a meal with me. Of course, im gay, and also used to love talking about scriptures... So of course i loved these guys. But then if figured out they literally arent allowed to be my friend. Only convert me. I was married to my partner at the time, so it was an impossible friendship. Sucked because they were all so kind and normal and nice. Eventually the shell cracked and the leadership started showing up to my house because i was talking about scripture they didnt normally talk about. J-dubs in the house. Congrats for getting out of that brainwash. Its a huge thing!!

had a great experience where i was invetween awake and asleep, thought i was shot and dying, caught myself before i could react in fear and instead let go. it didnt go further OBE as i started waking up BUT!! I hit that point where you get scared, clinging to life in fear of death but i stopped myself , said its ok, let go, and go into th light even tho it was still all dark at that point..feel like i broke through a certain point of fear and attachment whicb is noticable in my waking life too!

I recall having sleep paralysis during sleep as a child, didn't know what it was then . I have experience out of body experience during sleep and being in another realm, i remember entering my body like entering in a box. I fear trying it on my own in the dark but may do it in day light until i feel comfortable with it. I would advise all who do it ask for protection, there are beings out there that are atracted by our vulnerable energy though. I think Darius should cover protection more in case someone get stuck or possessed.

I was finally able to remember parts of another life that I live in another world after disconnecting from it , I had to realize that I was going to disconnect and pick out details that I am going to take with me and visualize them over and over as I am transitioning out so that I can piece back together what I was doing and trying to figure out where this place is .. As near as I can tell this is either another universe or somewhere in the future but it is a very extensive experience that I am living somewhere else that I will begin to exit when I start to realize that I am also here in this world and it's a case of no one there is going to have any reason to explain to me where I am or what year it might be and that includes myself and by the time I realize this it is too late and very difficult to go back over what I have been doing there and try to re visualize and try to remember it all as the memories of it all are fading ....

Brother Darius.... My words exactly. I have been trying to tell people this for years. Everyone just laughs. Guess people were not ready then. It seems as they are ready now. When I first seen one of your interviews. You are the only one I have found that has the same experiences as I. I tried to explain sleep paralysis to people. Could not and would not comprehend.
