For anyone interested in buying that toaster, please don't. High temperatures can seriously damage touch screens, and, like Mama Maples said, the toaster just runs on a timer, it doesn't actually control the toast levels of the bread. So, it's really just a product that a) doesn't do what it claims to do and b) is going to break much faster than a regular toaster while c) being 10x the price. Not all things that look cool are actually cool, so make sure to shop smart everyone!

yeah its literaly the same lol literally my 10€ toaster i got at action has a sensor instead of a timer... like its done faster when it already has been cooking stuff

45 minutes is crazy. The last time I made homemade butter, I just put whipping cream in the blender for 2-3 minutes til it separated, strained the butter through a cheesecloth, and washed it in ice water. Whole process took five minutes start to finish, and the butter was amazing. I feel like the churn is only necessary if you're living off the grid and don't have electricity. Or a grocery store.

MIA!!!!!!You can make butter in your stand mixer, just add Whipping cream to your bowl, Whip with the whisk till you have butter. Stain through cheese cloth and squeeze out any liquid. Salt if desired. Or season with garli or your favorite herbs. Hope this helps you achieve homemade butter with ease.

Butter Making Expert here (I learned this on a farm and have tested it with a class of 4th grade children, so it is indeed childs play kind of easy): If you want to make butter yourself, use whipping cream, put it in a Mason Jar, and... shake it. I swear to god, just shake it. It will take about 5min, yes, it is somewhat exhausting, but also so so satisfying. And it sure doesn't take 45min lmao. I use this technique if I want to make herb butter as the soft butter you get when freshly made is perfect for mixing in the herbs right away.

Just an FYI for anyone who wants to know or doesn't know. The numbers on your toaster do not have to do with the level of darkness. It is a timer. So momma Maples might have been on to something with the bagel. Toasting it for 2 minutes vs 7minutes might have been the same level because it was already warm.

This video was a gadget redemption & total breath of fresh air. Something that pisses me off so bad about a lot of gadget review videos is when people don't use the products properly because they don't follow instructions, they watch a video once then don't follow the steps, change the steps & sometimes intentionally misuse products in a dramatic obnoxious way (sorry Roseanne & Justine) then tell people not to buy the product which can really screw over small businesses or when people say just use a knife, just use a hand whisk, just use...... not even considering some of these gadgets are made for people like me who are disabled & can't use traditional kitchen tools like everyone else. These lovelies have common sense & gave these items an honest shot instead of trying for 5 seconds & saying nope it doesn't work then deleting the comments calling them out or completely ignoring them

seeing you struggling with mixing butter reminded me of my childhood, watching my grandma when I'd visit her village making her own butter from nothing! She'd spend the entire day for it, from taking the milk from the cow to cleaning it, mixing it. And she'd make enough for the entire family (all cousins and aunts included) 😭 And to think people like that didn't even have these grudgets - just arm strength and tons of determination

@legumisa I have a ninja creami and it works fantastic for dairy free ice creams. Genuinely I love it and I don't mind having to freeze my pints. @@brynnc.1266 that's exactly why I was thinking on getting it! It's been years since I was able to eat ice cream because of all my food allergies, and it's tricky to find the best machine for all the substitutions I'll have to make ( also ninja is having a sale in my country so maybe it's the moment to get it). I read somewhere that the plastic shavings happen when the pint is not level, which makes sense, so it seems that if I use it correctly there shouldn't be any issues.

As a mom, (one that didn't have the greatest parents growing up myself 😅) I really hope that I have a relationship with my kiddos like you & your mom. Also, I just ordered the ice cream machine 😂 I had been looking at for so long and we love some ice cream around here lol. I thought it would be fun little something for us all to get to customize our own flavors too! I'm excited.

Yeah, the butter coming together in seconds after beating for so long is how it usually goes. If you make whipped cream or any sort of whipped cream frosting, the line between it being done and then starting to turn into butter is really thin and I definitely have had times where my whipped cream got past that point and it starts to become butter soup.

I bet Papa Maples knows someone that could moderately trim the blades so they just miss the outer edge of the cup. I feel like that would solve the problem.

Hi Mia, next time you can try bringing the butter in some sort of stick or brick shape and wrap it in some parchment paper or beeswax wraps! That will make it last longer❤

I have a butter churner and absolutely love it! So when you first start to do it to speed up the process put the cream in a bowl and whip it into whipped cream, then put it in the churner. You also have to turn the handle pretty fast to get the fat and the buttermilk to separate (I would recommend having a non-slip man underneath). Strain the buttermilk into a bowl (or sink, but I like to use the milk for cereal, baking etc). Since my churner is an antique, it came with 2 wooden paddles to shape the butter into a square. If you want the butter soft you can use it right after straining, but if you want the butter to be harder put it in the fridge for a couple of hours (I am not sure exactly how long because I leave it overnight). Overall I find it very fun to do,, but it is not time-effective because you can go to the shops and get butter but also you can just do it in a stand mixer as well. Hope this helps :)

The reason the Ninja Creami scrapes the sides is due to freezing the mixture with the lid on, this causes a lump of ice to form in the centre and makes the top uneven which slightly turns the blade and makes it scrape the sides, so you should always make sure your mixture is level before using it. it's a pretty major flaw that's thankfully easy enough to prevent.

Homemade butter can last up to 2-3 weeks in the fridge, but how long it lasts depends on how well you remove the buttermilk. If there's still a lot of buttermilk in the butter, it will sour within a week. You can also freeze homemade butter for up to nine months.

I forget the name of the metal. It's within our air fryers as well as that little sandwich cooker that you have. I want to say trillium. This one mom was using her air fryer to cook her toddler's food. Her toddler had severe high medals in his body. It came from exactly that. The Teflon that is used on our machines. Honey you can cook that much easier without that. You need to make sure that you wash your butter properly. Leaving any of the buttermilk within the butter will make it go rancid. After you're done. You can freeze your butter. Or it's fine in the fridge for up to 6 months.. if you properly washed it, you can even leave it on your counter. A proper butter dish is all you need.. Wow how nice even though it's seedless. At least it's real. We're getting some fake scary watermelon here in America😅🎉😂
