The US Dream gives that Ramones or Misfits tone. That's actually pretty cool!
@WilDBeestMF3 ай бұрын
Honestly it's not the greatest on the planet by itself on guitar. But it really easily juices other pedals and makes them do weird stuff haha. It also gets the Lemmy tone pretty easy and doesn't dump the low end, so I use it on bass sometimes. If you have a bass around and actually got the US dream, you might enjoy it dude.

I've ordered a bunch of pedals from Temu and I am very happy with them all .

I have the us dream and I use it on top of another distortion pedal (or the amp distortion) to give me some boost during solos. It works for me and my tone, I couldn’t ask for more, and the price is unbeatable

I think that was my favourite of the bunch in this review. Really bulks up the sound without being too muddy. I've bought one but it hasn't arrived yet.

Appreciate the review. I have the Classic Chorus pedal and really like it. I have been looking at their other pedals to add in for different sounds. These all seem to have a good variation of tones. I like the US Dream and the Ultimate Drive from this line up.

I’m trying to get a Van Halen tone for cheap, which pedal combinations would you recommend? I already have the delay one.

get a harmonic pitch shifter with a 'detune' setting. The Donner harmonic square and Stax harmonizer are both OK, they have iffy tracking but the detune setting works just fine

There's a lot of information on Eddie Van Halen just Google Search it.... However Eddie Van Halen has said that his tone comes from his playing his mind his hands.. I would agree with that. He actually came up with ways to sound like pedals without pedals because he couldn't afford them. There's a few KZbinrs videos on it Check out VIDEO TITLED ( Sounding like Eddie Van Halen without breaking the bank. )

Maybe this is a little off-topic, but I've found the "Movall" brand dirt stomps available from Temu to be surprisingly great, and they're like around 20 bucks. I have "Cosmic Thing JFET High Gain" and "Fuzzy Drive". I don't find the sound character of "fuzzy drive" to be a fuzz, so that's somewhat puzzling, lol, however, it's a really good dirt box.

Excellent review. You kept it simple, quick without redundency or jibberish.the only peddle that really impressed me was the chorus. Because of this review I bought one for my small stage peddle board. I hope it'll pass the test of time, but for $22.00, and new temu subscriber I got $20.00 off. 2 bucks is a no brainer. Ps I subscribed to your channel

I finally finished reviewing this line of pedals on my channel. Got to the Phaser Pedal and it was a brick, didn't work. Guess you get what you pay for. I'm going to eventually make a pedal board out of these cheapies🤙

When I went on my pedal craze, I wanted all the best. And found out what the price of the best was and had to knock down what I'm looking for. So went with a lot of used Boss mostly modded pedals. Then really listened to what I had and decided to switch up a few. Wanted some mini's to give a little real estate. Everything fit but it's tight. With the mini's dB-1 boost/buffer, a Mooer liquid phase and a Donner Echo Square got enough footroom and variance to really setup my board nicely. And it's damn quiet for 12 pedals.

Excellent, to the point reviews. I appreciate cheap equipment. I find jems with guitars and amps, however pedals are usually not my thing. I only gave a Donner delay, which is good. Otherwise, at least in the last 30 years I have relied upon modeling/effects amps. Have a few small amps turned into heads that i should use. And no, I'm not a p/c or phone guy for music other than looper songs staked and stored in the p/c. One thing i never do is overly distort. Just sounds aweful and never matches a recording of the same song at least to me anyway. I ignore review pieces that never dial it back to good quality sound. If the distortion just begins to overtake the note itself, i'm done. I know, equipment has to be sold to people that may not know this, but, i would risk saying this endeavor is about music, not about lights, smoke, tongues, etc. Only compare your sound and play to the recording, not the show. It's anything else, but not music. Far too windy, i'll shut up!
