So there might have been some air bubbles in the resin that popped during the curing process that made the dip, next time try using the heat method to pop some excess bubbles to make the process as smooth as possible

I’m thinking you should paint the frame part gold or black. Just depends on where it’s getting hung and the decor in the room. Let me just say I find you so funny Sarah when it comes to trying new things! 😂 You’re honest and genuine in your videos and that’s what makes me keep coming back for more. I am new to your channel I literally found it yesterday but I watched quite a bit of your videos I love them that video you make four years ago of you talking and you said you are going throw a hard time I just want to say it touched me quite a bit I am not a KZbinr but I love watching u paint and I want pos as but I can’t afford them though but one day I will and I want you to know that I thank to my self to I think I not pretty and stuff like that but I know everybody else doesn’t know what I think about my self in my head but I have a furry friend pumpkin a small Chihuahua she is cut but can be mean sometimes but I love her more than ever I have another dog but she has to stay outside her name is cotton and I love her so much but I just wanted you to know we are here for u and I will never stop watching ❤❤😊

Sarah if you do this craft again. You can take the white mica powder make the white really white. Pour everything where it says. You can then take a heat gun ir straw and blow the white towards the blue and make the foam like the foam you have at a beach. Search youtube on how to make waves with resin. Youll get a really neat effect with it.

This came out so beautiful. If it was mine I would paint it black so the colors would really stand out. White would be my second choice but I think you could get a better pop with black.

That's perfect. I love it. If you have some tiny shells or a starfish, glue them in the sand colored area. But only a few. Other then that its pretty.

That turned out lovely!! 🌊😍 You needed the mask for the mica powders for sure. It is good to use it with resin as well. How stinky was your place while it cured? I always think the round sea painting could make a cute porthole of a ship... Only you can decide the color you want on it. It needs to complement the colors in the art.

But, I do still follow everyone on socials & here on KZbin. I try to keep up with their posts & videos as much as I can but I definitely miss stuff.

I’m SO PLEASED you went to pick up a mask! That’s the one downside to kits like that, they don’t explain the dangers of working with resin. I’d love to try a kit like this myself, but I own birds, so have to be really careful about fumes. I don’t even cook with Teflon pans because the fumes they put off when cooking are toxic to birds.

Girl! You are so funny! 😁 I can't believe you'd take time to and go through the trouble of buying a ventilator mask and then NOT wear goggles! Lol those are one of the most easy and inexpensive safety measures you can take, and also, in my opinion, most likely to be needed. I feel like it's more likely that when stirring "vigorously", it will splash in your eye than for the fumes or smell to damage your lungs, especially if you just make sure youre in a well ventilated area, example windows up and fans blowing. ☺️

Not exactly. It's sold online only & their promo video on the Target app says "a fun DIY project adults can enjoy". There are kids pictured in the reviews, but most of the captions mention that they are supervised. Still I feel the set could do a much better job of educating on safety precautions.
