Great to see a test run on this glue, like the idea of try before we buy....I always decanter my glues onto smaller bottles..so this is a yes for me...Wonder how many of us played the video back for a sneak peek..I did 🤣

Thanks for doing the comparison Helen. It will be better to put the CCP glue in a smaller bottle, otherwise you use more than the Cosmic Shimmer in volume. Thanks for the sneek peek too!

I think the smaller bottle is a good idea, I remember when Princess pin flair was using the pin flair bookbinding glue on create and craft, she always said less is more, now I don't know if that means all bookbinding glue is stronger or just thicker, but it might be worth trying less just to see?

Yes, less is much better with this glue 😄 had some better results with the video I filmed afterwards

Thanks so much 😊 The chipboard I use is 1mm thick greyboard that I buy from Amazon - here is the link: www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B07PX2VS95/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 I cut this with my Fiskars Bypass trimmer or with a craft knife and metal ruler

@@HelenGriffinUKHI Helen, It meant so so much to me that you replied back to me THANK YOU SO SO MUCH i was at a total loss to know how to make my boxes stronger & not fall apart I have shed many a tear over that happening but you have definitely solved my problem. Once again thank you 💖💖👍

Hmm... 🤔 Thank you for the review but that glue's not for me. The extra 40ml of glue isn't worth the faff of decanting; waiting way longer for it to dry, and the possibility of the glue lines showing through a project. Like you Helen, I love Cosmic Shimmer too.

I carried on using the glue in my next video and used less when using it - I got better results. I will continue to use and will do an update 🙂
