If these other games you play that have free regearing also had gear presets, you would see why free regearing is so important. You have been conditioned to accept paying for regearing and your whale tendencies/CC benefits allow you to do so with little impact. The dolphins and F2P players cannot experiment with gear set changes. We just can’t afford the silver.

I can't afford the silver. How do they expect us to afford to roll gear and change it and try different sets? Free hours are nice, but that's just more mtx. They will add them in packs, just watch. Some that have free regear for an entire day to really drive up prices on packs

This will be huge for people working on Faction Wars. I don't know how many times I had to swap my best regen/shield/stun gear to get through certain stages and I only had one set that was good. Plus arena builds to quick-swap. Nice QoL. :)

I would say it's mostly good. Silver is always a problem in this game. I would have liked to see the champ preset cost for changing reduced to 50% even if the global one stayed the same. This is mostly for Santranos but some champs do have an arena build and PvE build too.

The one feature I wish they would add could be called “wardrobe” let us save/lock 2 full builds (or fractional) that we can switch between freely. This would lock away even more gear, but opens more possibilities for daily hero use without the silver cost.

@@nickysantoro314 I think you're making too much of a fuss about something because you can't have that one lolliepop (being free gear removal). Yes, silver is drained faster than tax-money, but silver is also fairly easily and consequently gained. The bigger issue (imo) was that it was always near-impossible to locate gear you used 2 days ago for some area of the game.

oh your right. good call out. it's also Corvis. his a2 is also extending debuffs. I checked his initial wixwell attempt using mikage/corvis and yep the debuffs kept getting extended. at only boss turn 15 every debuff was over 6 turns and the fight finished with 48 turns. no one can apply anything

I think he is implying when it’s free you tend to move stuff around all the time creating some level of confusion. When it cost money, it forces you to try to be a bit more creative with your gear. In theory if it’s free, and you can build presets. You only need a small amount of gear and you never need to grind again. Just swap the same 5-10 sets around for each thing you do.

7:10 Was not asking for free regear, just reduced cost of swap. That could be made without breaking the economy. This is more 'stressful' when to use regear item, not a Qol. The preset helps a bit against the short time of the item, but would rather have lower cost generally rather than few hours of complete free swap

Free regear tokens are a reasonable compromise but it should be 24 hours or atleast 12 hours so that we can experiment and finalise a team. We don't always know exactly what works - doing a few clanboss runs or hydra runs can easily take more than a few hours for troubleshooting .

Exactly. After those few hours of testing, you still have to replace all the gear you just tested with the gear you actually use. But the free removal will be over and it will cost almost 1M silver to remove all that 6* test gear. I rly don't understand how they f* up even when they add QoL improvements that they should've already done years ago. This company is weird. They also have been using the same old html tourney pages for years. There is no way this company is poor, right? It's a gacha game after all... So the only thing I can think of is that these devs don't have enough coding experience to make great changes. Or they have experience but they're just simply stupid enough to miss the bigger picture every single time they patch their game.

Next inventory thing I want is one more filter that lets us see multiple types of gear but pick what we see. So if I want to see speed, accuracy, etc, I can filter to only the speed/ accuracy gear sets by selecting their images from a menu

A thought: Seal debuff becomes Master Seal if you give Karnage the new blessing Nature's Bounty. Currently there are no sources of Master Seal that I know of so this may be the only way to get that debuff IF it works.

Thing with Void/Sunday rewards is the idea that your going to have less of them compared to the other 3 which has it's impacts on the mechanics therefore rewarded more for beating it. So a meaningful increase in weekdays would mean one for Sundays/Void needs to be done as well to keep pace and consistency. More importantly is that Plariums staff doesn't seem to be doing the math really - or is counting on it to drive sales which I doubt it is. As is drop rate on essence is so low might as well say average on a weekday is 165 per run, 6 runs, and no one is likely wasting 150 gems for 6 more. so that's 960 per day, meaning it takes basically 11 days to get enough of those coins, to get 10 of those other shards, to then get 200 of those coins, that will get you 4, that if you don't get the luck you need from those smaller shards and remove Sundays - will otherwise take you 55 days (give or take) to get enough to get a 1 star for a champion you have. Without insane luck - or deep AF pockets to turn luck in your favour - even just getting ONE champion to 4 star, where most blessings really become useable, is several months and usually waiting till you have enough coins to buy essence in the shop when RNG puts the champ you want/need in the shop. About the only way the current rewards make any sense is dropping coins completely so we can just get anywhere from 30+ of the silver essence a day to 24+ of the gold cause 180 without gem refills sounds like a lot till you look at the costs - 6 days of 30 silver is 180 and it takes 480 to get the 4 star so if we assume you just get 60 on Sunday it's a best case scenario 2 weeks for 1 legendary champion to level 4 if the split souls are in the shop, and if you want the full 6 it's 400 of the gold ones so assuming you get all them next at the average rate another 2 weeks meaning basically a best case scenario of 5 months to max out 1 team of legendary champions - without dropping 1050 gems per week to get it to 2.5 months, for standard content. So even if we assume 2 champions covers all pieces of content including Arena but excluding Tag Team arena, potion dungeons, hard modes, DT, and Minotaur (to simplify it some) - That's roughly 32 champions which at the Legendary level is 32 months of work - or 2 2/3 years, 1 1/3 if you can keep spending that many gems per week to double up, just to cover the basic versions of the main dungeons, Hydra, Clan Boss, and Arena with 2 champs that carry in to every team. Barring RNG works in your favor and all, and yeah having Epics like Geomancer that you can do to cut the time - they could literally just make essence farmable at higher levels and still take literally years to 6 star awaken the teams you use all the time - let alone if you get a new champ that replaces one and you have to start the process all over again, or ones for all the other things I kept off the list where you might even want just basic awakenings for an edge like FW.

One tiny fix would make it way easier for artifacts upgrade. They need to add a filter to filter out the upgraded artifacts and show the ones need upgrade 0-4-8-12 levels If we have this type of filter, it would make it sooo much easier

I'm fine with them adding stuff for the high end, that's all good. But so much effort seems to be directed at the top end that it's a little lame. The fact there is no cost removal stuff in the normal version (you could tie them together so you can only get a total of 2) is just foolish. Plarium sticking to their motto: "Better than nothing, but not by much!". Bummer.

Thats exactly right. The rewards for IT literally suck. I probably get 10 essence a month ....maybe if im lucky on the highest stage. It took me a YEAR to accumulate just 100 eternal essence and theres blessings that cost 300 or more. At this rate ill never be able to buy something worthwhile. For turvold i think you cant test the new blessing as you have 2 debuff extenders so he will not be placing additional weakness debuffs. Either not at all or it will take many turns

As soon as I read natures wrath blessing details my Corvis senses immediately started tingling haha. I know crushing rend at 6 star is hard to ever get away from, but with the amount of poisons and sensitivity corvis drops in one aoe attack alone, could that finally overtake the OP rend?!? 🤔 That’s what I’d love to try out cuz my corvis is built pretty nicely already 🙏🏽

the problem i have is i have a 6 star rathalos, and im not sure what blessing would be best for him, he has decent crit dam so he hits hard but now with this new blessing im not sure if this new one will be better for my cb team or if my current brimstone is better. or if i should put on heavencast (only really ever have on 2-4 buffs at a time). hes the only brimstone i have on the team so is it worth losing the brimstone for more base damage overall?

I don’t think any of your champions were getting the bonus dmg from natures wrath due to all the debuff extensions. I read the blessing as the debuff needs to be placed but a lower turn count will not override a higher turn count

I think forging accessories is a GREAT idea…that would be the PERFECT thing to add to secret rooms once u have the champ fragments already..give materials to forge accessories…would open up more options for a double 4-piece set build as well! A+++

this preset gearing should be paired with a CAP of 250k for a gear swap....that is including if you are moving gear from one champ to another....if they implemented that I feel that would be a fair price. That would free up people to be able to explore more areas of the game

I would like to point out that the testing on Turvold for the new blessing would not work since Corvis and Mikage are increasing debuff duration. So, Turvold is only, probably, applying that weaken once (if that). Same for Fayne and all. In fact, Lydia is probably faster. So they aren't even getting those. Then, Corvis is placing poisons and Dec Atk.....nullifying Fayne too

Presets are for the hardcore min/maxers and end game plat arena players. Someone playing this game just to burn time or to 'relax' isn't going to want to take the time it takes to preset individual gear sets and accessories sets. If these regear coins are going to replace the gear removal days already in the game, it's going to be a huge disappointment. As well, you can be guaranteed these are going to be another pack you can buy in the shop.

I really like the presets. I've seen from the other video a shitload of complains about silver and therefore it wouldn't be used.. But that was never my biggest problem with regearing (which I rarely did) and I think its also just people complaining to complain, now. About the bosses: Iron Twins, Sanddevil and Shogun should give out ALL THREE VERSIONS of their essences/coins in the respective stages, and not EITHER/OR.

I've been watching your videos for a while even though I don't play the games that you are showing. I have to say what you said about free regearing being bad because you can't keep track of where your gear is because you can move it around so easily is the dumbest thing I have ever heard. I have been playing Watcher of Realms for about a month and I can tell you this with 100% certainty. If it cost any currency to remove gear and/or place gear I would not be playing the game. Costing any currency to move gear that you spent millions of a currency to make is one of the most idiotic things I have ever heard.
