Have you tried any more from BDK at all Elly? I really want to try Rouge Smoking too, let us know once you can smell it and have an opinion on it. I'm so happy you loved Portrayal, she's on her way to you! I'm so happy we're perfume friends. :)

I've not tried any others, but I've head good things about Pas Ce Soir and would love to sample it. Have you tried any of them. I'll keep you updated on Rouge Smoking! ✨🥰

Hi Elly :) okay so I received some sample of a few BDKs - I sprayed creme de cuir ( hope I spelled that right 🤷🏾‍♀️) a few days ago and wasn’t quiiiiite sure . Sprayed it again today and ... well ... I think I’m in LOVE 😻. My only concern is that I don’t think I’m smelling it . Getting whiffs of it as I’m going about my day and ugh... so good. But still... I don’t want to lay out the cash if it’s gonna evaporate into the freakin ether ... how’s it going with you ? Are you noticing it ? It’s such an interesting and creamy fragrance .

Ok so I'm glad I'm not the only one who had a bad start with CDC from BDK! How does the longevity seem on you? I think I'm going to have to get another sample to give it a fair test because I'm so torn. I feel like it would be such an easy, white T-Shirt fragrance but I'm not sure if it's worth the £160 🤔😭 It's just so much money to be gambling on!!

Girl , yes ! I totally get it . So far, still just whiffs . Beautiful whiffs 😩I’m cool with a skin scent just so long as it has great sillage . IMO nothing’s better than a gorgeous scent trail. That’s where I’m tempted to sell a kidney (jk) . It’s sorta hard to decide , what with no real audience to actually see if it’s just me or if there’s an actual trail. Gonna give it another good solid tries. I’m really into how interesting this scent is ! You still getting celery 😂? It might just be you’re still getting all that back after covid ?? Happy to hear you’re doing better though.

Could you tell me what kind of perfumes portrayal falls in? Any designer perfumes you can suggest

It’s definitely a strong, heady floral. I’ve never found a dupe of it to be honest, but anything with strong jasmine is a good start.
