I'm noticing a LOT of commenters are very concerned about the consistency of my peanut butter. I buy organic peanut butter, and with organic peanut butter, it is natural for the peanuts and oil to separate in the jar. Once I open the jar, I mix it back together (well, Matt does), put it in the refrigerator, and then it's like "normal" peanut butter from then on out. That liquid you see is peanut oil. Science!
