So glad I found you, I am trying to build a simillar table. I have had the same issue when trying to use a capacitor to get the fading off, I thought I was going mad or doing something wrong that it fades in but turns off immediately. I have a few things I want to try this weekend, maybe we can compare notes and see if either of us can find a solution.

Sure. I have ordered few bits so waiting for them to arrive.

Great design to support your spirit of exploration; we have agents to sell this finished module, which has the function of delaying turning off the light; and it has white light, and RGB light belt; the designer keeps the design secret; but I have a suggestion that you can try to add a delay switch.

How much volts and ampere are you providing to the whole setup? What is the working voltage and current for this amount of sensors and what configuration(parallel or series)?

I watch your videos a lot, please send a good video of the lights you set up

Are your connections in parallel or in series? Please tell me?

hello, could you show the soldering work in more detail and not from a distant angle? thanks for the video very interesting! I would like to see the connection of sensors, tape and power?

So you wanted the lights delay, every time you touch it?

What about a RC circuit. A resistor slows down the discharge of the capacitor dimming the LEDs until the turn off.

I'm still working on that

Sir, it would be better if you give the full formula of the lights that you have set

You said you found them predate. Do you have the link for that?
Hi, you are in UK ?? if yes where? Im from Peterborough

I wonder if its done with software as the ones I've seen before have the effect i think you are trying to replicate, the LEDs come on quite quickly, but discharge slowly, so I'm thinking thats not possible with capacitors as they may turn off slowly, but they will take to long to switch on. Good luck, watching in anticipation of a great final product. 👍👌💪

Yeah they had something like mother board at the end. However I will try to make that effect if not just leave like.this

Nice job, have you connected the capacitor parallel to the output...? I can't find the green sensor that the guy has in the video - probably really custom ordered... good luck furthermore :)

it's better you use arduino to fading the lights, it'll be easier for you to modify the fading time, i already made the code, i'll share with you if you want, let's make a cool stuff :D
