Heyy so i am from goa and the famous thing here after food to drink is solekhadi cause it digest your food and the packet solekhadi is always a fail and remember solekhadi is always dark transparent pink!! So i hope if next time you come to goa please try solekhadi at any goan restaurant and you can also mix your solekhadi with rice ,goan fish curry and solekhadi its the best combination you will ever have i swear btw love your videos 🤍🤍

Solkadi is super super easyyyyy just get kokum syrup mix cold water coriander leaves thoda coconut milk and done you can also skip the coconut milk and it does taste amazing with some green chilli

Hi shivesh you can make that juice you made at last is called Panagam which is Tamilnadu traditional drink made during summer months especially on Ram Navami festival. Recipe goes like this Putting jaggery in water mix it n leave for about some 1 or 2 hr so that it dissolves on it own then add ginger powder and lime juice its Refreshing when its served cold.

Hii shiv 👋 i hope you all doing good . In that sugarcane juice powder ingredients you mentioned was 1. kadukkai in Tamil(haritaki in hindi or inknut in English)and it is mostly used in ayurveda medicine and it heps to cure dental, skin & ulser problems etc... 2. Nilavembu in Tamil(Andrographis or neem in English) it is also used in ayurveda medicine to treat high blood pressure , diabetes etc. for other ingredients sorry i couldn't hear it clearly. And i have to tell you this that you are my favourite youtuber i love all your tested by shivesh series your series really made me happy even if i had a bad day thank you so much. You can get Solkadhi only in Maharashtra and Goa as it's main ingredient 'kokum' is produced in this region only. 'Kokum' is also known as Garcinia Indica. Process of preparing Solkadhi is not at all elaborative or difficult. In fact it is very easy Extract coconut milk by grinding freshly grated coconut, some garlic pods, green chilly and cumin seeds. Add Kokum juice, salt as per taste and chopped fresh coriander in it. That's it. It's very refreshing drink and good for digestion. In Goa you can even get another version of solkadhi. It is without Coconut milk. It is also known as 'NivaL'
