I had a pair of glitch boots a few years ago, there was a 2 week free trail period to test them out in so I tried that. Overall they were alright but a massive pain to get on. They were also a nightmare to get hold of because the colour ways sold out very quickly and it limited what you could get if you need a particular stud setup. I sent them back because in the last game I used them someone stood on the back and the skin( the outer bit) came loose 3 times in about 25 mins. Trying to put them on on the pitch without the shoe horn was so annoying I switched to my old magistas mid game and sent the glitch’s back the next day.

To be fair to the designer of the toe poke boot one of the greatest place kickers ever over here in American Football was a man named Tom Dempsey. He was born without half his foot. Yet he held the record for longest field goal (63 yards) for nearly 40 years. He was a beast for years with a specially designed boot. Google a pic of him to see what I mean. Honestly a really inspiring story too. So maybe Dempsey inspired the toe poke boot.

Still own and wear the same pair of glitches I got 5/6 years ago. Got to be one of the most comfortable, best performance and practical boots i've owned once you break them in and get past struggling to get them on. Lucky enough I got a founders discount from a mate so only paid around £120 for two moulds sets and a metal stud set and now refuse to get another pair until they eventually break. Could've been so much more popular, just a shame the availability was horrible as they were so limited in supply for the nicer designs and the fact you could only get them in like 2 or 3 cities in Europe when they released.

3:00 Mentioning those heel pads in the shoe, I have a pair of xc running spikes and had a pair of trail runners, both with heel pads. But they are really comfy. Never ever got any blisters... So probably they were positioned wrong! Edit: 10:00 Toe poke doesn't hurt for me strangely... And I don't even have toe poke boots!

I had a couple pairs of Nike track spikes with the hole in the heel as well. They do help keep a great tight fit on the heel when there's only a little material to go around. The hole on them was a bit bigger and your heel was right up against it.

When I was in high school those cleats were extremely popular for American football players playing wide receiver and that's a full-contact sport for heavy people are stepping on your feet often

See if you can get the preds that had different soles! I had the tungsten option (tungsten granules were in a plastic compartment in the sole 😂) Allegedly, the tungsten moving forward would generate more power. Ended up playing with normal soles after one game 😅

The vapor 4 brings back to many memories I had the same pair as seen in the video and also a the cheaper version of the black and blue pair, I left them outside my front porch after a game as they were dirty and the next day my dad brought them in, he noticed the awful smell and our theory at the time was literally that a cat had pissed on them we were mythed for ages and couldn’t work it out 🤣🤣 , later we obviously found out it was to do with them getting wet after other kids in my team had the same problem 🤣🤢🤢

The best pair of football boot ive ever have was the Adidas Predator Accelerator, im all about that rubber finish in the top just fk love it. Man that boot got me so much precision on corner kicks and free kicks, at one time i just tought it was cheating.

To elaborate, with the ever increasing cost of the products parents are looking for cheaper ways to satisfy their children's request for the latest items. I have two boys that love football and each official kit costs over £100, each club has three kits each season so to buy it officially it costs over £300 per season just for kits. Not to mention the boots that Ronaldo, Messi and Neymar would like us to wear. You have have different categories like durability? Likeness? Looks? Performance? Sorry to go on just think it could be a cool concept for a video. Been watching your stuff this week and been really impressed. Cheers
