Re: Drones. Morocco considers them military equipment and doesn’t allow their importation. They’ll seize them at the border. At least. In years past it was possible to get it back when departing the country. Presumably when you don’t try to sneak it in. Years ago, this seemed silly. But restrofiting drones has been seen in various conflicts. I’ve seen some people manage to get drone footage in Morocco. But I imagine there’s risks in doing so. Even afterwards, officials could seek to ban people from re-entry.

Great adventure videos! You two have a great sense of adventure and humor, which helps with your type of traveling. You may want to look at Matts Off Road Recovery KZbin channel. They rescue vehicles stuck in the sand, mountains etc. They use ropes with a lot of stretch in order to use kinetic force to free someone that's stuck. You can also learn a lot of tricks to keep you from getting stuck.
