Hy, sry I was unable to stay so long in the live. I think the problem with Fedora 31 is not the nvidia driver itself but the way they compile it. I'm on Opensuse TW and to fix some little issues that I have with Nvidia, I create a nvidia.conf file in the modprob.d and add the options that CachyOS using : options nvidia NVreg_UsePageAttributeTable=1 NVreg_InitializeSystemMemoryAllocations=0 NVreg_DynamicPowerManagement=0x02 options nvidia_drm modeset=1 fbdev=1 I haven't Fedora 41 so I can't test it right now, but if you can found in Fedora 41 the modprob.d or equivalent and add those lines on a conf file, update the initramfs with dracut - -force maybe that can solve the issue I'm not sure but maybe the issue is a sort of power profile or a limit, not in the system itself but on the Nvidia driver.
