The new Brushless Left hand 6 1/2" saw from Bosch is finally replacing the Ancient GKS-18VLI that was in need of some severe updating. Check out my thoughts on it and some comparison testing 💪🏻

Huge improvement using the 8 amp battery on the circular saw and the grinder

I recently bought 8 different bosch 18v hand tools and most perform much better with 8ah, especially that saw.

Really appreciate this review. So far it's the first one I've found that really goes into more depth other than a "I really like it" or "it's a good saw" or just showing it cutting and nothing else. Since I have a cordless drill and needed a circular saw I started looking at this. I know it wouldn't have much power or last very long it all. But would it run at all with the 2amp batteries? So far most of the ones I've found the battery is sold separately.

Отличное сравнение со старой пилой на АКБ! Тоже купил такую, только маркировка GKS 185-Li и диск справа от мотора. как я привык на PKS 40.

I have used mine with the core 4.0 battery and profacter 8.0 ah battery works fine my old now brushed saw you used a 4.0 18650 cell battery hows that fare and on thr new version you use a core 4.0 ah battery 21700 cells come on man that's not a fair test yes brushless is better but you making like the older version is trash its not yes not fastest one out but if you use a new Diablo framing blade use a core 4.0 ah battery also make sure you check your commentator if you own the older one make sure your brushes are at a good length make sure there's plenty of Grease normal maintenance still going to have to do some maintenance with brushless oh much easy yes not knocking the new bosch circular saw
