These upscaling technology should not be used in 1080p. Dlss will look decent but fsr will look horrible . But in higher resolution both dlss and Fsr do a great job

The major highlight of fsr 3.1 is it is very good at low resolutions even in ultra performance and below 1080p, on the previous ver 2.2 it was unusable perf and specialy ult perf on anything below 1440p.

1080p High settings with AMD Native AA + FG is the sweet spot for me with 110 fps avarage but I locked the fps to 90 for more stable gameplay .

Fsr 3 still used fsr 2.2 for upscaling only added fg the .1 improved the upscaling and made it that u can use fg with different upscalers or without upscaling at all

Bro your cpu is bottlenecking the rx 6600, That's why the frame time graph is so fluctuating.
