You can buy that real nice one under the name of Norchan and it comes as a set with another set of clippers that also has a plastic nail catcher attached and is very high quality. It also comes with a big cuticle scissors, nail/cuticle cleaner, and nail file. All are very high quality and come with a cool little carrier so you won't lose them. Relatively inexpensive to boot.

You must not have toe nails that have toenail fungus. They tend to be thicker than uninfected toe nails. So a wide opening is needed.
