I had everything but the reservoir , tire for the new wheel and some hose connectors

The million dollar question is how much more does Puck weigh than you? He doesn’t look particularly big, but he definitely looks to weigh more than you. Maybe 35-40 lb’s? That makes a difference in a 3 HP vehicle. Aero dynamics at those higher speeds really plays a big part too. I’d love to see you or anyone design a aero piece / short windshield.

If you kept the stock looks of the Ruckus (stock wheels, stock exhaust) with all the tinkering, tuning and such you did on your engine, including the change to the Metropolitan gears, you think you could go faster than in this video?

It’s the adventure of doing it , not the practicality. I feel like you are not much of a fan? I managed to grab 57.1mph eventually and to me that was pretty dang exciting.

Great comparison (my wife did look at me funny when she heard it and asked "what's that sound, what are you watching?" and I said "An e-friend of mine and his bud are drag racing their 49cc Honda Ruckus's" 😲🤣), yours seemed ot have a clear edge in acceleration imo. But you know, it may not be the gear weights...as much as I love the rat rod (Rat Ruck?) look (and I really do 😁), it could just be the sweet Orangeness that is your Ruckus too (everybody knows Orange bikes are inherently faster 🤨). LOL, jokes aside, the was a great comparison video, it got those rusty gears in my noggin turning as well, my friend (I'd love ot see more videos just of both you and Puck out riding, I love both of your Ruckus's) 😁✌

I'm wandering if a 50cc two stroke can get to 50 MPH mmoooohhhaaaha 🤪. But no really would it be such a big tuning fight to get to 50 MPH. Just a thought

@@SmallEngineVelocity I do recall it had a big bore kit or am I wrong. You stated during the gear install the fight to get to 50 MPH with a 49cc engine. So I'm wandering if it can be done with a 50cc two stroke. No engine work just tune everything external. A ported cylinder and piston on a two stroke adds more power and a cut and polished head adds more. I'm only thinking about a 50cc untouched engine and only bolt on tune.
