Where abouts do you park and launch at the Res? I'm local and wouldn't mind heading there for some fishing from the banks but not sure how to get down there near the bridge. Thanks!

Oh nice setup your going to have a blast the fishing in PPB is just getting better and better with no netters. Love your salt water content your going to kill it this year!. You may want to check kirk's point and wedge point/ spit, loads of good whiting and squid. Point Wilson is getting that massive upgrade too, might want to give that way a little time. Campbells cove beach as well another good launch spot and good fishing in the surrounding area.

I think I'll probably hit up Campbells next once the weather warms up a bit, Millers Rd doesn't seem like an option anymore after they put in a 2 hour limit there for parking. Stupid decision to make when they have a kayak facility as well 🤦🏽

It's definitely worth a look! I'm working on a 2 part special covering Melton Reservoir at the moment, the trip episode has 20 Yellowbelly in one session. Will be plenty of good tips and info!

Enjoyable vid as always, look like a nice bit of water for a fish and obviously some decent fish in there 💪🦈😅

I gave the top water a go but unfortunately couldn't get any fish to bite, but bloody hell did that poor size 2 stumpy get demolished hahaha. A few more changes and the kayak will be setup perfect 👌

@@jordythebassist definitely always worth a shot in the fog especially when it's sitting right on the water. you can't win them all bro but that would have been a good one for sure, the sideways mounted rod holders may have saved you losing a rod I reckon... Still I prefer mine angled back as well 👍🏼

Pedal arms look very long and awkward high pedal stroke! Can you get shorter ?

You can adjust the seat position to be closer or further away from the drive, I tend to sit like I'm driving a low rider though 😅
