Terron, at 15:56-15:59 you can see where having a stronger GRIP will come into play. At the time slot I highlighted, the weight and bar begin to roll forward, when your grip strengthens, it will remain motionless. Because right now, soon as that bar rotates forward, your safety switch in your mind goes off and says "Drop the weight"...... But if it remains in place because your hands will become vice grips, you can then explode from your lower half thru the press.......... #RiceHands

Dude your banging the bar in your knees as they are bleeding and try to lift the bar off the floor like a squat using your quad strength rather then doing a deadlift, also your feet should be tilted out which will open up your hips and your knees makes the lift much easier and lastly snatch like your throwing something over your head in vertical position! 👊🏻💯

Puts some tape on the area he telling u to hit above the bone. The tape should give u a reference point. I'm not a pro I just know wen something is on my body I can hit that spot with pin point accuracy. If u use it hope it helps
