I do resin (I want to get into epoxy resin but at the moment I do UV) but I honestly do it on my bed like I know I shouldn’t but that just seems to be how I do things 😂

@@charleighhawk5804 you gotta make sure you’re wearing a ventilator mask, gloves and goggles when doing epoxy resin. I’ve been doing it for about 6 months now and it can make you light headed and cause other long term problems if you’re exposed to often. But it is very fun and worth the risk (it’s not really a risk tho if you have the proper gear) I own my own shop now and it’s been a very exciting, fast journey! Highly recommend epoxy resin ❤️

The activator is what made your brush harden. I always use a gel top coat over the dipping powder top coat. From my experience acetone works better to clean the brush than the brush saver. Love what you do! Keep the videos coming. ❤️

Whatever you do don’t ever use the rubbing alcohol and make sure that you get a really good scrub on your nails before you pop them on the same thing was happening to me but then I watched one of those videos explaining why they pop off check one of those out it’s usually the rubbing alcohol I hope you get it to work

@@kateapple1 I use rubbing alcohol but mine stay on for months. It depends on how much oil is on your nails I wash my nails with dish soap and a nail scrubber from dollar tree and then buff them it stays on for a while it's not the rubbing alcohol

Loving it 😍 and your brush top coat hardens because when you do the activator you have to wipe your nails with a clean lint free wipe to get the rest of the activator off and when you dip into your top coat wipe it off before putting it back into the bottle after every nail 💅 hope this was helpful

Yeah the lazy girl method isn't really for me and that's one reason why. It just depends on what you feel like doing and the look you're going for.

That could be a bit troublesome. The glitters look kind of thick, she would have to encapsulate them if she went on top which could add bulk to the surface of the nail, while also requiring more filing since builder gel nor top coat might be enough to completely cover and protect the glitter, so polygel or acrylic would have to be used, thus defeating the purpose of full tips, making the process more time consuming and labourious.
