I have straight stubby lashes that struggle to stay curled . Ive been using the waterproof sky high for roughly a weekish and it holds a curl like a champ. Always love your videos soph 🥰

it doesn’t matter how ‘curling’ a mascara is- if it’s not waterproof it just won’t work for me, am thinking of trying the sky high but i have v long straight lashes to the point where if I use a non waterproof mascara, my top and bottom lashes stick together every time I blink 🙄 did yours go spidery at all?

@@xfreyawatson I wish I could insert photos in the comments. But my eyes tend to water a lot especially if I’m yawning, I haven’t had any problems with the water proof part of it . Also , no they didn’t go spidery , they were separated with a tiny bit of volume and not clumpy . And I put two coats on as well.

I’m Asian. That means I have short and straight lashes. The one that’s been working for me are the Covergirl Exhibitionist (silver), loreal lash paradise and telescopic, essence lash princess. The trick is to recurl your lashes at the end when mascara is completely dry.

I would love to see the fenty powder foundation in its own, because I've tried it a few times and wasn't happy at all. I thought it would have more coverage. But I might just be using it wrong.

I haven't tried it but I know coverage for a lot of powder foundations can depend on what you apply it with. The fluffier the brush the less coverage, and vice versa, and then I think it comes with a sponge thing that works for some people? Not sure if you tried different tools for applying but just wanted to suggest in case you hadn't!

I had a similar experience. Wasnt too happy but might be applying wrong. I have dry skin and applied on it's own over my sunscreen and it clung to every dry patch on my face. I've watched review videos and they rave about it so I'll try again over my liquid foundation

I've tried it with dense kabuki brushes, several, and the provided sponge. It doesn't cover anything. It takes 5 layers to barely get medium coverage. Its nice if youre having a good skin day and just want to swipe on some powder to mattify your skin. For coverage however, its a fail.

For me, I use the NYX glitter primer for when I use glitter, and I love it! It works so well! I used to be scared of glitters as well, until I got this product. Hope this helps anyone somehow. 😊

A few video ideas 💡: 1. Full glam face of your favorite products from your favorite categories. Ie., your favorite foundation type is hydrating skin tints, so you'd pick your favorite hydrating skin tint. 2. Full face of your most pigmented/full coverage products, whether the level of pigment is good or bad. 3. A video (maybe on your second channel?) showing the process of you shopping for and picking things to buy. For example, explaining how you picked which products/brands you wanted to try, how you color matched, how you plan which products you choose to test in which videos, etc. Basically, the behind-the-scenes of a "full face trying new products" video. Not too convinced about the concealer due to its packaging. Those twist up ones always seem to leak out. Then there's that sponge end which is near but impossible to get clean enough to sanitize.

I have pretty short lashes and have tried the L’Oréal telescopic it’s nice but not my fav haven’t tried the new maybelline one (it’s in my cart waiting for it to be back in stock🙄) but a mascara that I actually really love and find that it makes my lashes longer and wispy is the maybelline falsies push up angel hope this helps 🤷🏻‍♀️🙈 Hope you’re all well have a great weekend ❤️❤️

I have straight stubby lashes, despite being a brunette my eyelashes are a pale blonde. The best mascara I've ever tried is The Balm Mad Lash, it's my holy grail. For a cheaper alternative Rimmel brand mascaras are also really good for lengthening but not as good at curling as Mad Lash is. I'm 43, I've tried every mascara out there and The Balm is by far superior!
