Well personal trainer was his job for years before he could make a career on social media. Not saying that like everyone thats been a PT for long is good, far from it, but it sure helps. He was prob one of the best/highest paid ones at his work location.

Fr, I played football my whole life growing up and through high school and that shit would hurt so bad doing squats and box jumps. My left knee has a huge lump under it lol. I graduated 3 years ago and the pain is basically nonexistent now because I try not to squat as much or as heavy.

this workout was hella intense, big respect to Noah. He has great work ethic and a lot of discipline, not surprising he was a D1 athlete. Being in the gym is a lot of mental work as well and he has that mentality. Brad wouldn’t be pushing him like that if he knew Noah didn’t have what it takes to complete those or at least do as much as he can. Reminds me of my coach. You love to see it💯

the bump on the knee is a natural marking on the bone called the "tibial tuberosity" everyone has it, it is the attachment point for your patellar ligament which keeps the knee cap in place.

really bad form, knees are buckling in during the eccentric part of lift, shows unstable hip flexors and glutes. No point going up in weight and losing form

Can honestly admit that I clicked on this video for the soul intention of hating on this kid, but after watching him he honestly seems like a nice person, a lot more genuine than others that he surrounds himself with atleast.

this workout was hella intense, big respect to Noah. He has great work ethic and a lot of discipline, not surprising he was a D1 athlete. Being in the gym is a lot of mental work as well and he has that mentality. Brad wouldn’t be pushing him like that if he knew Noah didn’t have what it takes to complete those or at least do as much as he can. Reminds me of my coach. You love to see it💯
