He has great work ethic and a lot of discipline, not surprising he was a D1 athlete. Being in the gym is a lot of mental work as well and he has that mentality. Brad wouldn’t be pushing him like that if he knew Noah didn’t have what it takes to complete those or at least do as much as he can. Reminds me of my coach. You love to see it💯

I think Brad has 25 pound plates that look like they're 45's. Idk how is possible that someone can bench 315 but barely bench 225 for 5 reps. I can bench 225 for 12, and my max is only 300.

That's actually pretty accurate, 1.8% of the video was the intro, and 12.6% of the video was the bench pressing segment... leaving 85.6% to the "warm up" segment. I'm assuming you didn't even do the math. So you are a very accurate estimator, and I trust the rest of my life in your hands.

@@TimothyPowell2014 i did some thinking actually saw that the bench part was around 2 mins out of the 17 which left me to decide between 85% and 90% but i though that 85% would be closer and thanks for having faith in me
