The pontoon-like structures make stability so much better... these watercraft are amazing! Beats last year's foldable plastic canoe/kayak things...lol That Yakrods tether system is awesome! Hydrate! Can't wait ti see what's next!

The PWR129 is punching the air right now after seeing the XTR and the wilderness. I think the TitanX still has its place with folks who don’t want to rely on just a motor. But if you are comfortable with the fact that you might have to paddle your way home if something goes wrong with the motor those new rigs are looking awesome.

It's almost like kayaks are out, & these "crossover" or " hybrid" boats are replacing them. Crazy nice, though! 😮

Not going to lie the Wilderness kayak at $2,199 is a damn solid option.

The offset motor mount 👍. The storage compartments up front 👍. The plug and play capability 👍👍.

Holy damn that Wilderness kayak is looking good. Was thinking of getting an Autopilot as a second kayak but that looks even more tempting. Wilderness System accessories game is on point, hope they come out with some kind of organizer for their dual bin because that's the big thing I don't like about the Autopilot, the lack of front hatch storage that is easily accessible. When I go out with my Hobie Outback, all my tackle is in the little square bin in 3500 boxes and my soft plastics is under my seat, I almost never have to reach behind my back and I kinda love that.

this is MrBear hudson fl. i have been watching all the icast 2024 and im very disapionted were is the salt water side of things ,nothing against fresh water. i feel as far as kayaks go evry thing in the market is leaning to bass fishing/river/smale water lakes, mostly bass fishing. there is a wide range of salt water peaple that are being left out, i have a ss127 dont no if i would take it of shore , kayaker market loseing money not suporting the salt water side thanks love your chanel.
@aaanglers3 ай бұрын
Most of these kayaks are dual use salt and fresh. Salt had a HUGE presence at icast. But the majority of our audience is freshwater. Plus we live in Michigan, so we have no salt water. Hard to talk on something you have no knowledge of

Inflatable in Florida a bit risky don’t you think? Too many gators.

Possibly... you'd be surprised how durable they are.
@harold07233 ай бұрын
How many times have your kayak got bitten by a gator ? That's extremely rare. I fear more about these inflatables popping due to glue degradation.
