Definitely a big no no when you put 50 to 1 mainly because it’s for chain saws… that outboard is water cooled so the oil is going to be a different because it runs WAY cooler then a chain saw and it’s better to run a 2 stroke richer on oil then leaner

Thanks for the feedback. I ran my old jetski at 40:1 premix for many years so that might be better. The Amazon ad said 35:1 and the manual with that little engine said 20-25:1 so I wasn’t sure where to land on that one.

That boat is made to be Stable by the amount of thrust applied to it just like the F4 Phantom

Good point that’s pretty much what our buddy JT said, if it’s unstable sitting still in the water it will be fine once you get up to speed.
