I work part time at Primark currently and am always trying out their new makeup products! Some are really good, like for example the lip liners and lip pens (if you can find them un-opened!) They have recently brought out some Oval brushes that feel AMAZING! One thing I have tried which I would suggest for anyone looking to buy Primark make up would be to avoid at all costs would be the PS Pro foundation, it is nothing like the PS foundation, you can wipe the PS Pro foundation off of your face with your finger, it feels almost like wearing a slimy mask, which no one wants! But highly recommend the lip liners and pens, they are so good and great for ladies buying make up on a budget!
