If you ride a woods loop will it record the first loop or not start until you get back to the start for the second lap?

I suggest pressing the button on the CUO instead of cranking the engine.

I do have a question. I just got a new 24 Ktm 350xcf. I only ride trail so not sure if it's worth it. My question is is ktm app free? Or do you still need to pay the $250. If I do get it does it show overall mileage? Or is it just let ride

Just wish I could get mine to work. Bought the unit took my 23 KTM to the dealer they did their stuff. Came home the lit pro works but the engine mapping doesn’t. Tried deleting the app reconnecting to it, unplugging the unit, tried a different phone, took it back to the dealership nothing. No matter what I do I can’t upload a map. Don’t know what else to do.

Model Year? And did you yet create a Bug Ticket via In App Feature?

@@platin2148 yes I’ve talked to KTM for servers hours on the phone and no success. There is no error code just “something went wrong, cannot upload settings” the bike is a 2023 250 SX-f

@@platin2148 yeah unfortunately the app customer support isn’t the best, I’ve gotten one reply in 4 weeks. At this point KTM said if I can prove my CUO is defective by trying a different one they’ll replace it. I’m hoping to try a buddies this weekend

@@platin2148 hmm I’ll try and see, it seems to me the Bluetooth connection is not working the best. If I go to my iPhone settings and connect to it, it will say connected. I then go back to the app to upload the map still saying connected in the app and try to upload the map. Once I get the error I go back to my iPhone settings and it says it’s not connected but the app still says it is. It’s also worth noting I’ve gotten it to upload a map twice in the 100+ times I’ve tried but it was only when I did a super basic map adjustment like moving throttle response one tick. And even then that doesn’t work majority of the time

@@platin2148 yeah I’ve tried this process as well with multiple phones, I will send another ticket in the app next time I’m around my bike. I appreciate the timely responses, everyone associated with KTM has been really helpful and it seems for the most parts the new units are working really well with little problems , I was just one of the unlucky ones!
