Two mids. B2 can combo off ex fireball but you have to be quick because it's only 2 buttons. See 8:26. B3 can mix with Kameo into a combo but it has a gap.

You have to hold down the button for f3 while inputting the reg/amp’ed NB.

It’s not as easy as people think though. It’s really hard to do on reaction unless you’re expecting it. And timing kameo to extend although easier with Janet than it is with scorpion it’s still not easy to execute in high pressure situations.
