Thanks JD, I saw my local West Marine had stacks of this last weekend - thought about it but didn’t, but after this video I will go get some. Man I’m dying to get out on the water and this freezing weather in GA is killing me

Yeah I’ve walked past it a bunch of times too..the West Marine brand stuff is usually pretty decent quality

I have one that looks just like this except I got it from Harbor Freight. I've used it a few times with no issues.

Harbor freight stuff is for the most part pretty decent. You got the one with the bicycle pump looking thing mounted to the side? That one failed on me too! The key is to make sure you don’t store them with any oil inside, I think it swells the seals or something..

Looks like a pretty good product. I had no idea it only takes a few pumps to get it extracting. I thought you had to keep pumping it!!🤣😂 Does that mean I don't need to run my compressed air the entire time I'm extracting the oil?? Asking for a friend of course!!!🤣😂

If you want it to provide maximum suction you do need to pump it more than just a few times. I think I pumped it maybe 15/20 times and extracted the whole crankcase. I loved my air powered ones, those were best..but for some reason the seals on the ones I purchased all failed..
