Testing Performance in Evansdale County (Custom TS3 World)

In this video I test loading times and performance in Evansdale County, a custom TS3 World by MySimRealty.
This is a save I've been working on for some time. I'm recreating some of my favorite families from The Sims series and populating the world with them. The idea is to play rotationally with these families and create a lot of drama. I already moved in the Caliente sisters and Don, so drama is guaranteed with those in town.
I have every EP and SP installed, as well as 7 GB of Store/CC and 35 script mods. I'm also using default replacements for skin textures, eyes and more.
Loading times are pretty fast (40 seconds) for such a large world. Responsiveness is great. The game runs at a consistent 60 FPS with V-Sync enabled through Nvidia Inspector. If V-Sync is disabled, the game runs at 100-300 FPS but there's noticeable screen tearing. When I'm not recording, the game loads faster (30 seconds) and performance is even better.

I still use the same world I started back in 2017. Every couple of years I re-install and try to revive the old spirit. Anyway with a very, very similar rig as yours, gfx rules updated, CPU and mem settings optimized, Nraas mods and occasional cleanups, I still have the same hiccups. The only thing that changed significantly was when I reduced the loading times to about 40-45 sec from nearly 40 minutes 😝, back in 2019 when I discovered Nraas Industries. Anyway with an identical PC as yours the game freezes at times. TBH I think I managed to corrupt the save from start when I messed around even with carpool drivers. Bloated inventories could a thing too. I only remember that when I tried a new world the game run flawlessly even before the gfx rules update.

You should move your household(s) to a new clean save and see how it runs there.

It was made by "Into the Simulation", a KZbinr. Just go to his channel and search for Goth and you should be able to find it. I changed a few things here and there, but I kept most of his build.

I have a gaming PC and I made sure the game recognized my hardware. I made a Starter Pack to make it easy for people to get the game to run like this (if you have a gaming PC).
