I think if twin is gonna be good, it's gonna be good with Psychic Frog and Tamiyo. Both frog and Tamiyo play a similar role to Goyf from the old Tarmotwin decks as cheap creatures that can take over the game if not answered, but they don't want to use removal cause they have to respect twin. Plus they both sac to Flare of Denial for combo turns
