@@queenbeeparadisetamil No ma, for example I searched the product code (6907184) you gave for idiyappam maker. I wanted to buy exactly the model u had shown. I thought only one model for one product code and quickly confirmed it. I was delivered a different model which I already have. I thought if I choose exchange they will allow me to choose the exact product I want. Upon clicking exchange after few explanations they quickly delivered again the same product. When I called them, they told me to wait for 24 hrs after which they will allow me to return and refund. But the option didn't appear for return at all. Upon many calls I spoke to the senior officer. Finally he said I cannot return, when I tried to explain he put down the phone. I really don't hv any choice other than keeping it or gift to somebody. Thanks for reading this lengthy msg dear.
