When talking about the head tube angle, I forgot to consider the dual crown fork has a shorter a-c than a single crown fork with the same travel. 64.5* could very well be correct!

This a underrated ebike. Was one the first to bet on the mullet, integrated battery despite the looks, and it handles great. I wouldn’t mind buy one even in 2023

Nice video! I really like the Tazer MX Alloy version looks-wise.

It looks so premium in some ways, but then cheap in others. This thing is 11k in Canada. I expected hydraulic brakes for sure.

The seat angle information is only the real seat angle (74.8°). However, you can see that the seat tube sits in front of the bottom bracket, which means that the real seat angle is probably closer to 76-76.5°. Unfortunately, performance and appearance are not always compatible. I don't really think the bike is that nice, but I can imagine that it puts the center of gravity further down and in the middle, which is very good. Unfortunately, Lapierre solved this much more elegantly with the GLP Overvolt, because it looks good and the center of gravity is even further in the middle. And I also find a dual crown suspension fork with 170/155mm travel a bit strange.

Are you sure about the STA? An "effective STA" of about 75* sounds very likely for a 2019-ish design. MBA claim 65.4* STA, which has to be "actual STA". mbaction.com/intense-tazer-mx-electric-mountain-bike-review-moto-inspiration/

@@EMTBVideos The seat tube sits pretty close to the bottom bracket, so I don't think the real seat angle and effective seat angle are around 10° apart. On the Intense website you can see in the geometry picture that the seat angle is measured by the seat post and not by the bottom bracket at the height of the stack. But it may still be the case that the information given is the effective seat angle and the lines on the illustration are simply wrong. If I look at the distance between the bottom bracket and the saddle at the height of the stack, it could be 74.8°, but I don't know at what height Intense measured this figure. The further the saddle is extended, the flatter the effective seat angle becomes if the seat post does not run exactly through the bottom bracket, but sits in front of it, as is usual with full suspension bikes. This is easier to measure on hardtails.

This document claims 74.8* for both actual and effective, which sounds very strange. But for the Expert model, it says 75* effective and 72.6* effective, that sounds more plausible. Not a big deal really, the STA felt fine when riding the bike. www.manualslib.com/manual/2556484/Intense-2022-Tazer-Mx.html?page=35

@@EMTBVideos 72.6° real seat angle and 75° effective seat angle sounds very realistic.👍

Er dual-crown et stort problem i Norske stier? Mtp at det kommer i veien med rammen når man snur i tekniske deler f.eks. i Nordmarka?

The duration of the test varies. This time, we couldn't keep it for long. After doing such a review, it usually isn't much left to say in a follow-up review.

Take off the pedals to get under 24kg? how you gonna ride it then?

I guess Sam Pilgrim will make a video about why that's the best thing ever :) Bike manufacturers usually state the weight w/o pedals. It's easier comparing bike weights that way.
