Soph, fellow hairdresser here 👋😊 just a tip for you, when you put a heat protector on dry hair you can blow dry it for a minute then go in with straighteners, one of my favourite dry styling products is "Paul Mitchell hot off the press" it's quite a fine mist and doesn't leave your hair too wet, hope this helps 💜 congratulations again on getting married Xx

I have a hack for the super greens - don't drink it any other way now. If you pop a vitamin C fizzy tablet in, not only does it make the drink taste MUCH nicer, but something in the reaction takes the grittiness out of the drink

Forchics lash serum is the best and mostly natural serum I've used, they even send you a template to measure your lashes before and after! I used it after my lashes were damaged by extensions and the lash growth is incredible.

We have tried the Kiali super greens and they are pretty freaking good with orange juice, I’m not going to lie. We use them with a protein powder shaker bottle and it works really well. I also liked the nude Fenty lip combo a little better on you, but the pink was super pretty

When drinking any powder drink, I'd highly recommend using a frother to mix it. I also prefer to add my powder to warm water, then froth with the mixing tool and add a tea bag!

With the greens I feel like it’s easier to take if you drink it through a straw because you don’t really feel the texture of the drink, especially if you drink it really quickly with the straw!!!

Love the glow for it lash serum. I suffer with trichotillomania (hair pulling disorder) and have pulled my eyelashes out and now my eyelashes have never been longer or healthier and I haven’t pulled my lashes since I bought this a year or so ago.

Try the grande lash. It’s a similar price and it works really well if used consistently. Obviously stopping using it will result in the lashes becoming how they were before. But they really do grow thicker and longer over time. It takes about 10-12 weeks to see full results but it is worth it.

So I watched your makeup video and discovered you did a collab with Revolution Beauty. I recently bought the Juicy Peptide gloss and love it so I bought your Soph Shadow eyeshadow palette and highlighter palette. They’re also on sale so I got them and with shipping my order was $23. I’m so excited to try them. I love the radiant highlighter look and can’t wait to try the pinky lilac eyeshadow and all the shadows. I love the green with coordinating golds and browns and the lilac and aubergine together. You made an awesome palette with mattes and shimmers and cool toned shades. The highlight shades are gorgeous. I can’t wait to try them all. Sadly the Soph Super Spice was sold out. I was disappointed because I loved the greens and purples. I have hazel eyes and have a hard time finding great purples and greens. I just bought the Color Pop Just My Luck green palette that has awesome colors that go together and are cool toned which is perfect for a cool toned ginger like me. I haven’t worn it enough to talk about fallout and wearability. I’ve not been this excited about highlighters and an eyeshadow palette in a long time.

The best product for your lashes to make them grow is 4 lashes serum. For best results just stick with it for 3 months each day and I promise you it will work, after that you use it 2/3 times per week but it's definitely worth it. Every female in my family tried it and we all have beatiful, long lashes now.

All the lash/hair serums do is basically stop them from falling out as much. So they will be longer and thicker... as long as youre using it every day. As soon as you stop using it it stops working. Which makes sense sure, but seems like a bit of a con.

The only lash serum I’ve found that really work are Grande Lashes. I just wait until they’re discounted or they have a ,gift set that reduces the cost. They are £60 ish full price but they last for months. I had such thin sparse lashes and they look so much better. I’d get a mini and try it xxx

I love your eyeshadow and am going to watch the video of you doing that look. I didn’t think that eyelash growth serum did anything really. I’ve had better results with castor oil, however it can clog the pores in your eyelids. I would love to see you try a more ashy brown brow color. I love your brows, but I think they’re too warm for your hair color. They go with the ends of your hair, but the hair around your face is more of an ashy blonde. I think matching that would be more flattering.

One thing: You need to be careful with eyelash serum, since some might make your under eyes darker.... I think it has to do with a special ingredients, but a lot of serums have that in it. If you don't care about it, or it doesn't matter if the results on the lashes are amazing, then go ahead, use it. I just want people to know about it, since I didn't when I started using it... And dark circles are something I already struggle immensely with, since I have a sleep syndrome, so these serums could really make it even worse.
