Target sells weighted ones in the kids bedding section… I got a Stitch one and it’s my favorite, he’s snuggly and comforting. I’m 35 and married, but my husband works until the wee hours of the morning so I go to bed alone every night, and I always cuddle up with a plushy. There’s no shame in it, whatever makes you comfy and happy.

Honestly soph in reference to the weighted teddy it's not weird at all and as you showed don't feel embarrassed about it you keep defending yourself because it's not weird at all, I'm 25 years old, I have suffered Anxiety since i was 16 years old and I couldn't find anything to help it but in the last year I have a cute special bunny emotional support bear that I bought from build a bear and she has been helping me with my anxiety so much, this came about because I got really upset and my nephew god bless his heart, came over to me gave me and hug and said don't be sad aunty becky hold my bear he will make u feel better and it worked so the next day I bought my bear and I've slept with it everyday since I bought it a year ago, I'm proud of ya girl and don't let anyone belittle you for being 26 and needing a cuddly bear because we're never too old for something fluffy, soft and comfortable ❤

Finished the video a while later and it makes me happy to hear people use the right terms e.g. neurodivergent. Re: weighted blankets/teddies - it's not sad at ALL! The calming sensation is from deep pressure which helps with emotional regulation and physiological balance. I'm an AuDHDer and my favourite fidget is the Tangle Toy.

The sloth plushy is such a good idea. ❤ When my partner is away I always struggle to sleep and I also have to leave a nightstand lamp on, or my alarm clock light on. I have been sleeping with my hot water bottle, basically cuddling it and funnily enough it is also a sloth. It helps me so much and the fact that is warm makes me feel safe, like the warm body of my partner if that makes sense.😅 I also feel a little pathetic sometimes but I would rather have a good night sleep than worry about sleeping with a plushy/hot water bottle plushy. 😊 You do you! 🦥

The weird fishy/ocean scent may be spirulina! It's used in a lot of green powders/drinks. It's algae - if it smells bad though, prob not the highest quality.

I am 58 yrs old, and I LOVE stuffies!! My hubby also uses a body pillow. He hugs it every night when he goes to sleep. I also have a weighted blanket. They say to buy a weighted blanket that is 10% of your body weight. I weigh about 100 pounds, BUT my hubby bought me a 15 pound blanket. He should have gotten a 10 pound one. I LOVE IT, and use it all the time. I just got to thinking, is your weighted sloth lavender scented. Lavender essential oil helps with sleep.

I’m 31 years old and have been sleeping with the same teddy hippo since I was 9 years old. I now have a husband and a dog and they both know that Hippo is off-limits! (yes, that’s his name actually). I spent the last three years sleeping with a hot water bottle on my stomach due to endometriosis, but I had successful surgery a couple of months ago and no longer need the hot water bottle for pain relief, but I’m so used to the weight on my stomach, I’m finding I don’t sleep as well without it. So the weighted sloth teddy is a great idea - I’m putting that on my Xmas list!

They're not the cheapest plushie I've ever bought at £37, but great quality & you also get a matching design cloth tote bag along with the plushie, which is nice & of matching quality (I mainly use mine as a project bag for my knitting 😄). Did you know that chewing on your nails or skin around your nails is a trait of anxiety? I have been doing it my whole life as well, but since I’ve been on anxiety meds, they have helped quite a bit. The issue with the pop it that I figured out on ours is that you have to ensure you hit the back hard enough to trigger the next level. If you just push the back in harder, it will work 👌🏻 works every time

When it comes to drinking something cold with powder I recommend dissolving it first with enough hot water and then add some cold water or ice to not get the grains at the end.

Soph, life does not indeed have any rules! I am 26, too, and I sleep with a 1m long bodypillow plush cat, and I fall asleep hugging it with my arms and legs, and wake up hugging it :) Combined with my weighted blanket and some soft fire/rain noises, my sleep quality has improved SIGNIFICANTLY. We only get so much time here, we should enjoy it, regardless of arbitrary societal rules :)

The pop it game has different games in one. One of the games is memory which means you need to do it in order. Check the setting. You need to check the buttons are pressed even with the light in the middle.

The Walmart brand one actually keeps your drinks hot and cold longer than the Stanley I have a Brumate it was probably around $30 I got it from Target and it will keep my coffee hot for about 12 hours and it will keep drinks cold for about 24 and the lead completely seals so if you turn it upside down it will not spill

The jewlery is made of stainless steel and that material is in fact very cheap. I've had a few pair of earrings for years and I wear them everyday and they still look brand new. The best part is, they cost like 5€/pair. It makes me laugh to see some companies are profiting off it making it seem like it's a new magic material when it's been around for decades.

The FS greens I’ve been taking for so long!! The mango one is far better than the original but the texture could do with improving! HOWEVER! The results I’ve gotten from it! I’ve got so much more energy, my gut health is better and I overall just feel a bit more like a person since I’ve been taking them! You should have read the instructions on the fidget toy. It’s got different game modes. I think you had it on Simon says when you were playing with it and you weren’t letting it finish the sequence. If you press the mode button you can get the game where you just pop down the bubbles that are lit up as quickly as possible. No need to put your fingers in the holes!
