@@timaaj4219 same I bought this same kit on amazon..I love the idea and look but I have tried glue one awhile back with absolutely no success and I just attempted these and it was a huge fail for me idk why it looks so simple but it's not for me anyway..the stuff got all over my hands in my eyelashes and the corners poke me in the eyes and it hurts very uncomfortable the ends were sticking up the eyelashes showed a gap above my real ones idk what the issues is at all but I had the worst time trying what looked so damn simple maybe because I never done it before and I have shaky hands so using gel eyeliner is already a negative for me ..I think I needed to make it more thick of a line but either way it was a shit show and now I can't get the crap off my hands of my eyes..I will try again another day but lmk how it goes for u lol

Amber, I got a special deal today on Amazon... Not sure if just for Prime members or not, but the 5 sets in the kit I ordered are more natural than the kit that is shown here. That was what really grabbed my attention, after the special $8.00 off sale price of course... But 3 of the sets are basically daily wear and none are as extreme as the more extreme party pairs in this set. You still get 2 liners, and the tweezer things just different price today, and different lashes. All are 3D? I'm not schooled in all the terminology, but the 3Ds seemed to be the more tame lashes. LoL

I also tried this specific amazon brand that she’s testing, and at first they are perfect! Eventually the eyeliner gets messy, and stuck in my actual lashes (which was a huge hassle). The lashes started to fall off of the magnetic strip after about a week of wear. Try them though, they might work better for you than they did for me! I’m sticking with the usual glue on for now, or just mascara 😅

Prep is key! When I filmed this video I wasn't using primer but I was using the Loreal infallible fresh wear liquid foundation that lasts all day, setting with the AOA Studio Perfect Powder for some of that oil control during summer!

Being in my mid 60's I'm losing eyebrows and eye lashes. I can draw on the brow or do henna. But you can't draw on lashes. (Unless you want to be a cartoon character. ) so I'm glad I checked out you video. My only issue with these lashes when I buy them is the super long ones in the kit. Something I won't be using. I just want to have lashes. Not be a model. Do you know if they sell any that just have one size?

@@carolinek2446 I'm so sorry Caroline, but all I've done so far is testing the liner on my skin to make sure i wasn't allergic. The liner did stay on well. I don't know about the full waterproof claims of any of the liners, but my thoughts were that I didn't want to spend the extra amount of money some other brands cost since this is my first try with lashes (I just know the entire glue thing will never work for me, it'd be a disaster lol.) The lashes did seem to stick to the liner on my arm, but it took more than one coat. Please let me know if you've purchased any lashes. I'm really interested in how they work for real people. I thought "no one can fake 20,000 reviews" so that was my reasoning with these lashes. I know there are 3 brands that are more costly, but I honestly don't know if they're any better than these lashes. I trust @slashedbeauty though, and James Walsh did say that the liner can kind of distort while you're wearing magnetics. I promise I will try them within the next couple days. I need the practice TBH 😂 Please keep in touch.

Yes, that is basically the "adhesive" alternative to glue. The lashes have the magnets and the liner is magnetic.

I mean, I wouldn't really go swimming with full glam makeup anyway let alone lashes! They're definitely waterproof though in that tearing didn't budge the liner or lashes. I do still use them from time to time (I need more liner!) but I haven't found more "natural" styles from the brand. These are definitely made for drama. In this pack you can see the top two are a little less va-vavoom.

I always hated wearing falsies with glue which led me to never wear them, but i LOVE the look they give for me. Magnetic lashes came along and completely changed the game for me and now i wear them almost every time i put my face on lol! The lashes stick and stay just fine, it’s getting the eyeliner off your eyes at the end of the day that is the problem. I have these exact lashes, and the first time I tried them I was only somewhat impressed, but when I went to wash my face at the end of the night, it was almost impossible to get the liner off, even with the help of makeup removers, oils, washes, moisturizers, etc..... in my opinion, it’s not worth the buy at all

My first time trying today. Thanks for the tutorial. I bought a brand on Amazon called POSTA. It came with two magnetic eyeliners and 10 different sets of lashes. I paid $9.99 for the kit. I love them. They fit well and the thing that I like most is the fact that they have different thinness and thickness to them. This way I can try all the different ones and find out exactly which thickness is perfect for me. Then if I decide to buy more I can always buy a different brand and get the perfect ones. Thanks for the tip about putting a little coat on my regular lashes first. You were right about the tweezer tool in the kit. It should be plastic because my lashes kept trying to stick to it. I’m going to try putting a thin coat of nail polish over it to see if maybe that will help.

I bought magnetic lashes, had such a horrible reaction, exactly where I Put the magnetic liner-first my skin turned saw Raw and Red, it actually cracked and became so inflamed and painful. Second- the actual liner was unbelievably awful to remove , I tried a large range of products, and you will make your lids raw. Third - buyer beware IF you then leave an honest review, as these companies straight up Harass you . I’ve tried the Kiss, and several others. The black dye is a common allergy, just for starters. I don’t wear these, I was done wasting money and going through it all.👎

I usually take micellar water on a q tip to get off any residue from the lashes. I've worn them upward of 20 times so far and they're going strong.

Use a balm cleanser if you can! Hanskin can be found at ulta or amazon and it’s for sensitive skin, and melts away any makeup including lash glue matte lipstick and foundation super quick! Less than $20 and will last a over a year if you only use what you need, a little goes a long way with balm !

Can you show how to cut the magnetic lashes please the proper way because I will screw up

There are 5ish magnets throughout the band, so I trimmed one magnet off on a couple of them and they still work!

Can you review lashify lashes? They use a 'magnetic mascara' which bonds to the lashes . Not sure if it's worth the price but it looks really neat. Apparently it can stay on for up to a week or something like that

It’s not magnetic mascara it’s glue but a light bond that last a few days. I love that system

Love how u go right to to it apply how it works on eyelashes very explanatory make it so, simple I never wear eye lashes before I prefer magnetic over glue I will give a try how u remove magnetic eyelashes?

You just pull them off! As for the eyeliner, an oil-based cleanser or cleansing balm will get it off!

No more magnetic lashes. Use adhesive. This is the first type of lack I've found that uses both a liner and magnets.

These are always my choice as far as magnetic goes, but I still do wear glue-on lashes a lot since these force you to wear a thicker black liner look, and I've been doing more no-liner looks lately!

If you need to cut them just make sure you cut up against the next magnet, so the corners stay down.

Omg I tried Arishine and they're good but I like Bisutang better. Bisutang has fewer reviews but 4.5 stars. The major con for me is when the liner clumps to your lashes & u have to go in and remove it.If u want u can check out my review of the Bisutang lash and liner. It's similar but better. :)

Thank you for sharing this new brand of magnetic lashes from your previous video. I never used fake lashes at all because I wear glasses everyday. I love the look of the fuller longer lashes but are they easy enough to trim down so they don’t brush up against my glasses ? I’m hoping when cutting the length down it won’t totally screw up the look of the lashes. Any advice ? Thanks

I would try point cutting (so the point of the scissors is going toward the lash, not like chopping it horizontal so hopefully they'll still look tapered! I haven't had a lot of luck trimming lashes, I'm not awesome at it!

Yep! Just take care of them. Gently remove liner build up with micellar water.

I use cleansing balms and they melt everything off pretty well. You can also use a microfiber cloth or pad to help grip onto the liner without needing to rub!

How would you compare this liner to the moxie liner? I feel like sometimes the moxie liner irritates my eyelid.

It's a little thicker but easier to get out of the tube if that makes sense. With the moxie liner I feel like I'm constantly digging at the bottom of the tube even if I haven't used it a lot. I've also experienced a little irritation with the moxie liner if I wear it too long recently-- this one doesn't cause that BUT you do have to be gentle when removing. It's waterproof so try not to tug and scrub. Use a micellar water on a q-tip and go gently at it!
